The location is far away from mall road . No basic amenities provided. And for the price we paid it was not worth it

I checked in the hotel, the location is in a peaceful place as mentioned.

Cons:

The hotel reception lady who was coordinating was not at all professional. I confirmed her on the message, inquired about the parking. She said that space is available. Then later at the evening she is saying we thought you will come by cab, so you will have to pay extra for the driver to stay. The food quality is very poor. Most of the items at the menu is not available. So we need to checkout before the checkout day only. My plan and trip was hampered completely. She was kept on blaming as in you are not aware of this and that
We are not a big hotel to provide these amenities etc..very unprofessional.

It was a nice budget stay away from the crowded mall road.
Pros:

The hotel is a budget stay and is ok if you are not expecting something too fancy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a very safe place. There was a small kitchen and sink availble with an electric kettle. Rest was fine. The view was nice and so was the food and breakfast.

Cons:

The room was clean but the bathroom was a bit small and there was a leakage of water from the toilet pot. The balcony was nice but it was a public corridor and not a personal one.

Pros:

Great hotel and location is best. The staff were amazing very helpful and polite. The food served in the restaurant was good. Further more the Host Gansesh was excellent on helping the locations and arrangements for TAXI service over all good service. 😃
