Pros:

Cosy, very good value for money, free breakfast and shuttle service, staff were very helpful, really nice vibes and also very social. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a fun time in Niseko.

Geeignet zum Skifahren in Niseko Grand Hirafu
Pros:

Gute Lage zwischen unterschiedlichen Restaurants und Convenienc Stores die gut Zufuss erreichbar sind. Es hat ein gratis Shuttle Bus direkt vor der Haustüre ins Skiegebiet Niseko Grand Hirafu.

Cons:

Im 10er-Schlag war es etwas laut. Teilweise wurden die Lavabos von den Gästen nach dem Rasieren nicht gereinigt und somit konnte nurnoch ein Lavabo benutzt werden, da der Abfluss verstopfte.

Cute place in a good location and only 15mins from ski fields.
Pros:

Access to 7/11 nearby, private room (door with lock), comfy bed, good price.

Cons:

Other guests were not quiet and staff didn’t monitor the noise levels after hours. Limited info on arrival.

Le personnel est aimable, accomodant. Quelques items pour le p'tit déjeuner est inclus...
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le service de navette gratuit, qui nous amène au Welcome Centre de la Station de ski Niseko.

Cons:

Mes co-chambreurs qui ronflaient... Mais des bouchons pour les oreilles sont disponibles (gratuit)

Very nice hotel even if far away from shops and Niseko center
Pros:

My son enjoyed a lot the structure therefore I'm happy

Cons:

Difficult to move to ski lift with only one ski bus in the early morning. No taxi late a night

Great group of volunteers and staff, really friendly and inclusive people.

Cons:

The breakfast was questionable, chicken nuggets and shrimp sausages with bread and cultured ‘butter’ wasn’t great but could have been worse.
