We had the best, WONDERFUL stay at this coziest home! It was magicaly peaceful and we felt just all alone in this haven corner! That was very fortunate and inspiring experience! ( very similar vibe as it could be in Bali villa ) with all greeneries ,pool, soft grass, flowers and frangipani trees)
In apartment we found journal/booklet with detailed information about house, owners ,any cafes to visit around and emergency contacts! It was very smart and professional way to tell important information!
Cleanliness was on top! All amenities worked as expected ! Apartment felt very spacious and cozy! Located on ground floor- 1 bedroom was next to living room, and 2nd bedroom had private entry from terrace.
And also greetings to caretaker! I liked how welcoming, peaceful and discrete he was.
It’s a very relaxing place, the pool and the garden are truly beautiful and peaceful. The place is very well maintained. The rooms (cleaned everyday) with a balcony are really nice. It’s pretty quiet although from time to time some amazingly clever drivers feel the need to honk on the very small road that passes by the house in the direction of the beach. The beach is walkable distance and very clean. Plenty of opportunities to get a good ayurveda massage, a surfing or a yoga lesson, or enjoy a great sunset. Come with cash because the hotel charges a 3.5% fee if you pay with a foreign card.
If you are going for the first time, it is not clear where the entrance is.

Mostly it’s cozy and practical. Swimming pool is a good bonus.
There’s a possibility to use a kitchen.
AC and WiFi work well. Staff is really helpful, smiling and friendly.
1. The owner first tried to charge extra money for willing to pay by credit card ( extra % for card which was not mentioned in the description on Booking.com). Also, he texted me via WhatsApp at 1am that I have to check out at 10am otherwise I will have to pay 1000 rupees for each hour (NB: checkout time on booking.com is mentioned 9-11 am) That behavior was simply rude and inappropriate.
2. I didn’t find the room and the bedding tidy enough (dust in the wardrobe, dirt in the bathroom, etc)
3. The hotel area seems nice, but as you go outside there’s too much garbage, especially on the way to the beach. As I moved to another hotel, I discovered that not all the places in Goa look that apocalyptic.

Bit of a walk to Arambol beach. Had to ask for the fridge to be unlocked every time we needed it - maybe would be better to have private fridge inside/outside each room.
Excellent staff, extremely helpful and kind. Room was cool, spotless. Very comfy bed with soft linen. Beautiful spot. Walk to beach and restraints. Great surf Wala place 5 mins walk, fresh coffee with oat milk and lovely breakfasts !

Not great communication around payment timings
We had a wonderful four day stay. Our hostess Amarjit took good care of us and the owner was also very helpful arranging things we needed. Rooms were clean and nicely designed. Kitchen was clean and available for the guest. Lovely clean swimming pool, nice to cool down in the afternoon. 5 min walk to a beautiful and not crowded beach where it’s possible to surf. Several restaurants with good food and service. 30 min walk along the beach to a nice lake in the jungle. Lots of good shops behind Arambol beach,not far from tthe lake. Great place to stay when you’re in Goa. 45 min tax drive to Manohar international airport.
Lovely place! Beautiful green garden with nice pool and space on grass to do exercises/ yoga. Caretaker is very friendly. Rooms are good with balcony and common indoor room/outdoor balcony storage to come together.
My stay in SOLS Backyard was just lovely! I don’t remember staying in such a good place like this before.
The whole house is extremely clean and smells so nice (even the stairs hahaha). The kitchen has all the equipment you need to cook a meal. The room is comfortable and has a cozy balcony. The outside area is huge and so nice, the pool, the bed chairs, and they even provide a pool towel. The staff were super nice and very helpful. It is 5 minutes walking to Arambol Beach, there are some fruit shop and restaurant also walking distance. It’s a peaceful and calm place to stay that definitely is worth the price! The pictures are very accurate and I recommend the stay there.
Nothing to complain about.
Recently renewed, comfortable bed, cozy atmosphere, kitchen with fridge, each room has balcony, main patio for meetings, good wi-fi. Very friendly owners. Few minutes walk to the beach.
There is swimming pool construction going on, but it will be done soon.
