Super consigliato!
Pros:

I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili!
Cees ci ha accolto alle 5 del mattino e ci permesso di fare il check-out più tardi, offrendoci la colazione intorno a mezzogiorno. La colazione è eccezionale: abbondante e preparata al momento dalla moglie di Cees (frittata, pane con burro e marmellata, frutta fresca e uova).
La stanza era pulita, dotata del necessario, con ventilatore e zanzariera, letto comodo. Aria condizionata a pagamento (4$). C'era anche una piccola veranda con sedie e tavolino.
Posizione comoda per raggiungere il mercato del pesce e il centro di Negombo in tuk-tuk in 10/15 minuti.
Nel pomeriggio abbiamo lasciato i bagagli e siamo andate a fare un giro a Negombo; al nostro ritorno, ci hanno permesso di rientrare in stanza a lavarci prima di partire.

Pros:

We were here for the fourth time. We were, as always, warmly welcomed. The family-run accommodation impresses with their warm-hearted actions and hospitality. We even watched the World Cup final from 12:30 am to 3:30 am. The family helps with questions and supports wherever they can. We say thank you and will definitely come back. In addition, the location is perfect for the beach and the airport. Ideal for starting a great Sri Lanka tour as well as for ending it. Thanks to Cees and family.:🥰

Pros:

Super freundliches familiär geführte Unterkunft. Perfekte Lage. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Sauber. Caase und seine Frau immer hilfsbereit . Waren zum 2ten mal hier und haben schon wieder gebucht .

Pros:

Cees is een erg behulpzame en vriendelijke man die je alles uit kan en wil leggen. Ook de rijles in de tuktuk die we bij hem huurden deed hij zeer bekwaam. Je slaapt in zijn woning in een eigen kamer met privebadkamer, klamboe en airco. Ik kan Cees zeker aanraden.

Cons:

Mij viel niks tegen. Mijn puberkinderen hadden wat meer luxe verwacht...

Pros:

Les chambres avec nos enfants étaient communiquantes.

Cons:

La maison était en travaux , c était le bazard .
Le petit déjeuner a été pris au milieu des ouvriers.
Sans compter la visite nocture d une civette dans la chambre des enfants.

Pros:

Cees die ons op de 1e dag alles kon vertellen over Sri Lanka en het rijden met de tuktuk. Cees zorgde ook voor het Tuktuk rijbewijs, alles was piekfijn geregeld.

Perfect verblijf voor op doorreis!
Pros:

Cees was erg aardig en behulpzaam en heeft ons goede tips gegeven. Bedden lagen goed en het was fijn om airco te hebben. Ook transfer van het vliegveld was goed geregeld. Ontbijt was lekker en was meer dan verwacht!

Hele fijne plek om als Nederlander te beginnen. De eigenaar is ook Nederlands en kan je tips geven. Ook kan je bij hem een tuktuk huren. Verder is het verblijf prima en het ontbijt heerlijk. Je bent op loopafstand van het centrum
