There was close enough entertainment and meal spots.
Outside of the city was a perfect location.
Had everything we acquired for a one night stay.
Host had instructions to get into each room and entering the location.
The bathroom lock was unbreachable because the battery had gone dead. Instead of leaving on time we had to rush last minute due to needing to get into the room for our belongings.
As for cleanliness there were spider webs in the shower, the bathroom was not sanitized as for the bath and toilet, and for two people occupying we were given one towel.
The bed sheets appeared stained.
The house is big and in a quiet, gated community.
There was nothing to cook with and no cups, only 2 plates, and 2 spoons. One plate was in the dishwasher but there was no dishwashing detergent.
Convenient location for work. Bedroom locks, as there is many people coming and going this was nice
So dirty, from day one entering a room with so much garbage, I actually text the owner to make sure I was in the right room. I had to buy my own hand soap and toilet paper. I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking the cleaner just hadn’t come yet, but I was there over a month and the place never got cleaned. I would’ve never imagined a place could be that neglected with that many PAYING guests. The shower wouldn’t drain and the toilet went at times either. This guy has bed bugs in 2 of his rooms in this property . Tried to contact and let him know of the issue but nothing was ever done .
The entire house is for rental purposes.
A couple rented the room on the 1st floor.
They acted like it was their house.
Made it clear that the kitchen and refrigerator was for them. Not willing to share the space as advertised.
Had to contact the owner just so I could put some bottled water in the refrigerator.
They have an argument which was very loud and uncalled for.
They would sit outside with the sliding door open smoking pot and filling the house with smoke.
Property is poorly managed. The owner doesn’t seem to understand that there is more to property management than just collecting the payment.
Owner controls the heat and a/c remotely.
I contacted him on my last day. He had it set at 78 degrees.
I sent him a picture.
Parking is a disaster. Neighbors do not like tents parking in front of their houses.
The owner is not very well liked by his neighbors.
I learned this from the owner himself regarding the lady next door and after talking with a neighbor across the street.
I personally do not recommend staying here. To many other and better options.

Sharing bathroom was a surprise to me. Would have liked was clothes. Basic but very nice overall

Not clean, hardly any hand soap available, pillows smelled used, only one towel for 3 night stay, dirty dishes, trash was full, no dishes or utensils to use, hardly any furniture or tv in living room, cameras around home, shared housing details we’re not listed, many other rooms occupied same time, one bathroom upstairs for several people staying, only one shower for several people, tub either dirty or stained

needed to be cleaned more often and it was very sparsely furnished and lack kitchen items.
Property manager was quick to respond to any questions that I asked
Host was fantastic! Communication was easy and it was in a very safe area.
The bed was hard and it was not a central location.
