Useless hotel staff and manager
Pros:

Location is perfect. The hotel is located by the stream and surrounded by trees.
We enjoyed natural songs such as bird singing.

Cons:

A tattered bath towel was on the bed. Just one bath towel for two persons.
This hotel doesn't provide anything. No amenities like soaps. No reception. No telephone in the room. No electric kettle. No cup. Absolutely nothing! If you want to ask something, you have to ring a manager with your phone.
And the worst one was hotel staff and the manager. I asked them about the transport for departure. Because we had to leave the hotel early in the morning. And the manager said "my staff will book it and tell you." But, they didn't book a transport. And I asked them about payment. Because they don't work in the early morning. And a hotel staff said, "I will visit your room to receive payment, sometime later. Then he visited us 10pm. It's a ridiculous!
