they take very high charges, after reaching location, they will not give premium rooms, and will say to pay 600 more for

too costly online, offline rates are 50% off

Cons:

the cost is too high, for the facilities...it's a 3 star hotel rate for a no star hotel.

A good private beach stay....
Pros:

Location is perfect. Private beach is pretty awesome. Rooms are spacious and was provided clean during check-in.
Sit out and night beach view is good.
Easy access to beach with literally no crowd except for people from the resort.

Care taker Akash, was very helpful and suggested pretty good restaurants in malpe and udupi. Also, guided on places to visit.

Cons:

High time they need to have their kitchen, which will add up to already good service.
May be a shower near rooms so that rooms don't get messed up.

A separate area for family and bachelor's during night time while relaxing.
