It was like a short stay in paradise.
Pros:

My husband, daughter and I stayed for 12 days and had a great time. The staff is lovely and genuinely interested in making sure all the guests are satsified. The tropical location is a bit remote, but a nice contrast to bustling nearby Kovalam beach. It’s also about a 20 drive to Thiruvanthapuram if you want some city sight seeing and local culture. However my best memories are of sitting and reading on the veranda for hours and playing in the pool - it’s incredibly peaceful! The Ayurvedic massage was a great idea before a long flight home. Would love to return in the future.

Cons:

Nothing. If traveling alone, the remoteness may feel daunting, but I would still give it a chance. The staff helped us organize many rides to the beach or into town.
