Pros:

Gostei muito do atendimento e da praticidade do local, uma ótima opção se forem pra Ubatuba. Sem contar que é muito bem localizado, fomos de moto para Ubatuba, e ficamos andando a pé pela cidade de tão perto que era das coisas

Excelente localização, vários locais da pra ir sem carro. Próximo a restaurantes, sorveterias, padaria. Próximo aos embarques de passeios de barco

Quarto totalmente fechado sem ventilação externa e banheiro muito apertado e sem ventilação externa. Já fui outra vez e fiquei no contêiner e foi muito bom,mas dessa vez decepcionou.
