Cons:

Confort très basic.
Sentiment de sécurité très moyen.
Réception qui fait payer une course taxi beaucoup trop cher comparé au marché (on s’attend a du confort pour ce prix), alors que la voiture était petite, en mauvais état, sans ceintures de sécurité qui fonctionnent.

This accomadation was dirty, sheets were filthy and staff was unwilling to change. We left after a few hours.

Auf meine Frage, ob es noch Baulärm gibt (wie es für's Vorjahr angekündigt war), bekam ich die Rückmeldung, dass ich Ohrenstöpsel benutzen solle.
Mein sofortiger Rücktritt von der Buchung wurde nicht akzeptiert - stattdessen würde das Geld abkassiert.
Ich empfinde es sowohl vom Vermieter als auch von Booking.com als miserable Leistung, derartig schlecht mit Kunden umzugehen

Très mauvaise expérience.

A côté du temple

Dès notre arrivée, le personnel ne nous a pas accueillis correctement. Au lieu de s'occuper des clients, il était occupé à jouer sur son téléphone portable.

La chambre était dans un état inacceptable : les rideaux étaient sales, un paquet de cigarettes se trouvait sous le lit, la planche des toilettes était usée et mal fixée, la lumière de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas correctement, ce qui nous obligeait à nous doucher dans le noir, et le robinet de la douche n'était même pas correctement fixé à son support.

Face à ces nombreux problèmes, nous avons quitté l'établissement après une seule nuit alors que nous en avions réservé deux. Nous avons proposé un compromis en demandant simplement le remboursement de la deuxième nuit, mais l'établissement a refusé tout remboursement.
Le plus décevant reste cependant l'attitude de Booking.com. Par téléphone, on nous avait promis un remboursement intégral.

Finalement, nous n'avons reçu aucun remboursement, seulement un e-mail nous annonçant un crédit voyage d'environ 10 €, soit même pas 10 % du montant payé. Booking.com n'a donc pas tenu ses engagements.

C'était la dernière fois que j'utilisais Booking.com.

Not worth the money I spent for 2 nights I stayed.

The property is close to an Uluwatu temple and the staff is very friendly and apologetic.

Cons:

The property is closed to Uluwatu temple. But the access to property is not well lit (it was very dark). I booked two rooms and the rooms have not enough lights, very dim. The one room I stayed, the AC was not cooling, but the other room was cooled. There was no WiFi for the 2 nights I stayed there. The TVs in both rooms were also not working either. The restaurant across the property has WiFi, so we hung out at the restaurant across the property. They also do not provide breakfast as it’s already stated. But for the money, the property should have a working WiFi, working TV, working AC and possibly provide breakfast.

Ideal location for temple visit
Pros:

The location was ideal for a visit to the temple and kecak dancing. The adjoining cafe does great coffee and breakfast/brunch. The room and bathroom were both a good size. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Buy some new towels guys! If your laundry service can’t keep things white, go for coloured towels and maybe even sheets. And give the shower area a good scrub!

Es war richtig schön eingerichtet und der Uluwatu Tempel war in 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal war nett und es war recht sauber.

Peaceful stay
Pros:

The bungalows are very big and comfortable, I loved the shower. The staff was so kind and helped me get a taxi shuttle to the airport. When it was the checkout time, I stayed a bit longer at the property and was able to use the amenities.

Cons:

I arrived around 10pm and was able little lost on where the hotel was cause there was no visible sign on the street nor the ally.
