Average stay but priced too much, didn’t feel value for money
Pros:

They organised for camp fire.

Cons:

The room given was not clean, very stringy, no network. WiFi was there but didn’t work most of the time. Actual Yercaud centre is 10km away and took about 30mins.

Pros:

The food tasted delicious and the hospitality was amazing despite the crowded long weekend.

Cons:

There were 2 bathrooms but they were slightly wet and one bathroom did not have heater. Could be helpful if there was a bigger exhaust fan but this is not a major inconvenience

Pros:

One pro visiting the hotel was that it made us experience the beautiful mist within the woods as you go higher and higher which someone who belongs from city (and hardly gets a chance to see such scenery) would never forget it

Cons:

The location was fine, as it was in hilly area and of course one should not expect top notch facilities as there is a lack of resources in such hilly places but basic amenities like hot water, or atleast max to max tea-coffee facility was not there, one has to drive 1km just to have one cup of tea/coffee, the geyser was not working(PS: it was very very cold), flow of water was close to nil , in short It's fine for one day stay but not more than that.

Experience could have been better if there was a different duty manager.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and spacious. Easy to identify.

Food was really good and the kitchen staff and the night duty manager ( a lady) was very friendly and kind. She did a great job.

Cons:

The resort manager(whose duty was during the day) was non friendly. He has attitude issues. No courtesy and he was definitely not customer friendly.

He outright rejected any request made my customer like door delivery, request for new towels, toiletries etc
