Cozy House Aberdeen
Pros:

Very cozy house, the room was good and shower was clean. We enjoyed cooking a meal in the nice big kitchen. We were very welcomed. Thank you

Perfect for one night stay
Pros:

The location was good for us as we were attending a wedding nearby. I was sent very clear and detailed instructions in advance on how to get the key from the key box and enter the house and the room. The room was neat and clean and warm. Excellent value.

Cons:

Every door in the place seems a little janky. Remember to take your room key if you go to the bathroom as the room door has a snib and can lock you out.

Good experience overall
Pros:

Having basic breakfast made available was nice of the host. The room was comfortable to stay in and most basic things required were provided. The location was perfect and instructions on how to settle into the property was well laid out.

Cons:

The bathroom drainage had some hair strands stuck to the drain, making it not look nice, though the water was going through, just didn’t have a good look.

Pros:

Quiet place, good place for crushing out if you have a weekend in Aberdeen. Low price and good money value.

Cons:

I had to spend over 1.5 hours to be able to get the key for my room. The code they sent it was wrong Several tries to get in contact with the person responsible for the place, and I was lucky that some relatives of the person responsible were having a room there too. Overall a stressful experience to start not being able to get the key and get inside the room. After just under 2 hours of struggle I managed to get the key and be able to get inside the room, another problem showed along. The central heating was faulty and we had no hot water or heating for the room. That got solved in the end and everything was alright after. This is not my first stay in the place. My very first time I had problems finding the key box to get the key from inside and I've spent 2 hours to get in contact with the person responsible but no success! I had to check every corner of the yard and the building to find the key box. The person responsible only contact me 2nd day in the morning.

Extremely good value place to stay
Pros:

Very close to the university. Small Tesco express down the road. Close to the beach. Extremely kind and attentive host, thank you Bona. Also Susi who couldn’t do enough for us. Very relaxed house. Bed very comfy and we slept well. For the price I think it’s extremely good value. Breakfast items left in the kitchen for you to help yourself to. Porridge, bread, Jams, marmalade and butter. Tray to make yourself teas and coffees. Shower very powerful. My only real issue was the TV as we just couldn’t get it working, but as we were very busy over the few days we were there, it wasn’t that much of a hassle.

Not my cup of tea but may suit the budget and basics traveller.
Pros:

Not much I'm sorry to say. I tried it at least.

Cons:

Parking is available but can be a problem getting in and out the drive, unable to gain entry to premises as lockbox not clearly visible or stated where to find in pre-arrival information. No quick contact method to get answers from the owner of the property and nobody onsite to help. Very basic and difficulties accessing normal TV which is internet based. No window in room, very dated accommodation and there were no toiletries as advertised. Might suit someone who is ok sharing and wants a budget accommodation.
