Beautiful accommodation, such a lovely host. Highly recommend.

Nice quiet location. Close to town and attractions. Close access to the wonderful Lough Key Forest Park. Excellent host. Beautiful home and spotlessly clean. Great variety for breakfast. Highly recommend a stay here.

Nothing to dislike - Maggie and Fiona were the ultimate hostesses, so friendly, welcoming, jovial, and brightened our time with them. The house with its artwork, flowers outside, and openness made it feel cozy and like we were home! Want to return someday!

Lovely host and beautiful house
Pros:

Margaret is such a lovely lady, she received me as if I was an old friend, immediately offering a cup of tea and some chocolate bars. She had a very important family event on that day but still gave me a lift to the Lough Key Park. Breakfast was simple with cereals, toasts, yogurts, fruits but very pleasant chatting with other guests. The beautiful house is on the hill with a nice view. Stunning Boyle Abbey is close too.

Cons:

As it is in a residential area, there is only one small XL store nearby (It is around 20min walk to town, so you can find more options there) The room is lovely but somehow I could not manage to adjust the shower temperature and get warmer water. Still it was a comfortable stay.
