Pros:

The best thing about was the behaviour of Anamul Alam bhaiya. He was so helpful. It’s a few minutes walk to the resort from main road but Anamul bhaiya helped with all our luggage while check in and even during checkout he helped us with finding auto and taking our luggage to the auto. Our stay became really comfortable because of him. Thanks a lot to him. And not to mention the lake side view was really soothing.

Cons:

It’s just that the narrow road was little bumpy. And the google map doesn’t show the proper way.

1) Transportation from bus stop/ train station & Food facility need to include with package ,will be better.

Pros:

Stay was lake view and very silent and peaceful

Cons:

They keep checkin time at 2pm which is very late. Since I reached in alleppey from bangalore around 9 am itself. I had no other option so I decided to directly visit the property.
I reached there around 11 am. I asked them for early checkin but even though they had many vacant room at that time, they asked ₹1000 just for 3 hours of early check-in.

One of the worst stays I’ve experienced
Pros:

Honestly, not much. The staff working there was nice and picked us up in the middle of the night. Location was nice and kind of quite, albeit a bit away from restaurants and coffee places.

Cons:

Rooms were not very clean. Sheets and towel were dirty. Pillows and blanket and bed very moldy and not clean. Floor covered with dead insects. Cockroaches in the bathroom. No food or drinks offered apart from breakfast, which was not that great. View was nice but so many boats passing by. Felt like the boat motorway. No card payment possible even though advertised. Management was incredible rude about it and wanted to even charge the auto rickshaw ride to the ATM. Felt uncomfortable in general at this hotel. Would not recommend.
