Pros:

Linsy was a fantastic host. The room is big and spacious and the en-suite bathroom is a huge feature of this room.
It was very clean throughout.
There is a social lounge for all guests with tea, coffee, breakfast for the morning.
Linsy really does know the meaning of ‘Hospitality’
Excellent value for money.

Cons:

I literally have one fault, everything else was 10 out of 10
I was disappointed to find that such a nice room was let down with an old fashioned spring mattress. If they replace this room with a pocket spring mattress it would be 10 out 10 all round. I had a bad nights sleep and I even had to use the spare pillows from the cupboard to put under my back.
Even a ‘Good’ thick mattress topper would do the trick 👍🏻

A lovely 5* property.
Pros:

The hostess was excellent. Helpful. Friendly yet businesslike. She had thought of everything to make ones stay comfortable.
The en suite and shower was well equipped with towels and toiletries.
A separate room provided a sitting area with TV and a hospitality table of tea coffee bread jam cereals etc. With a fridge for the milk. Everything you could need was there.
The bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. I was given a set of keys to be able to come and go as I liked.. an excellent option in a nice quiet area.

Cons:

Be aware the accommodation is up on the 2nd floor.

very clean, very tidy, had a shared lounge but all to myself, great wifi and great en-suite shower
