Location, everything was in it, but read the negative comment first before you book
In the beginning, it is nice to know that in Hannover they have a shared apartment program, also when you book your apartment here, through this BS something, you have no clue what really your apartment will look like or where it is, because it is written literally nowhere. So, we were visiting Agritechnica and were really happy to find an papartment near it. It turned out that the apartment is completely in a different place, I haven’t seen that the address, because on booking you can only see the office address, so you basically have no clue what you will be getting. Although the locality was nice, in the sense of there weren’t so many disturbing people as in other places in Hannover and in Germany as a whole nowadays. But now back to this shared apartment concept. We basically got someone’s flat, like full on, someone had all their stuff in their own apartment. We were literally living and sleeping in someone’s bed. Maybe it is weird just for me, but it is not something I would like to get for a bigger amount of money. Also, I am not the kind of person who would really be mad about things and based on the fact that it was someone’s flat, who most likely left the day before, I would expect it to be clean, but for the more serious part, I don’t like a bed filled with someone’s hair. I would expect, for the amount of money, to get something more.

Nichts...die Unterkunft ist eine Totalkatstrophe.
Ich habe noch NIE so eine dreckige Wohnung geshen.
Die letzten 3 Monate wurde hier nicht gesaugt, gewischt oder sonst irgendwie sauber gemacht.
Die Küche war ekelhaft. So was habe ich noch nie gesehen.
Ein Geruch...ich kann das gar nicht beschreiben.
Auf das Bad, Toilette will ich gar nicht eingehen.
Eine absolute Frechheit das als BUSINESS TRAVELING zu bezeichnen.
Ich sehe davon ab meine Fotos die ich gemacht habe zu Teilen.
In the end, the location we received was good for the purpose of the travel.
Information published in booking is absolutely deceiving. Pictures were not of this apartment, location as well. It was the home of a lady, who went out of her apartment for the nights of our stay.
Once we booked this apartment (for 3 people coming for a short stay for a business purpose on the cost of 500 eur per night), we received a message from the managing company that what we booked (no cancelation/refund option) is actually not the specific property we will get. That they will "inform us" 7 days prior the arrival which apartment we will get and where, because "they manage more than 140 properties". Eventually we received information about the apartment and then the lies continued. They sent some pictures and said that the pictures are old, and the apartment has been renovated by the owner. It wasn't renovated, of course. Once we got there for check in, the owner welcomed us. Don't get me wrong, lady was ok and welcoming (not speaking English). She didn't say anything, maybe also because it was difficult to communicate, but obviously it was her own home, with her pictures and belongings.
There wasn't much we could do by this time, also we didn't have any time, nor energy to bother asking booking for change whatsoever for a 2 nights stay. I can't believe we paid 1000 eur for this.

Location is good, appartment zone is safe and queit, easy parking.
it's pravit home, busy season will on sale for hotel. Price is really high.
Close to the fair
The flat was not clean upon arrival, with furniture in poor condition and a terrible smell throughout. There were also insects inside the flat, and the building itself felt poorly maintained and somewhat unsafe.
The apartament was very nice, comfortable and well connected to Hannover Messe, just two tram stops from the trade. The owners were very attentive and friendly, absolutely recommended! : )
I was an exhibitor at Hannover Messe and really appreciated staying at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, well-prepared, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent — easy access to the fairgrounds and local amenities. Would definitely stay here again for future events!

1. The bed sheet is dusty & rough.
2. The bath towel was smelly (Moldy smell). I need to send it to the washing machine for rewashing.
3. The TV programmes not able to watch (keep Streaming)
4. The free Wi-Fi is WEAK, and I must use my data roaming to surf the internet.
5. Last but not least, the worst part is the owner, after handing over the apartment key to me, about 1 or 2 hours later, the owner came back and unlocked the apartment to use the printer without informing me; luckily, I was in the apartment doing my paperwork.
It was close to the Messe, apart from the nothing!
This really wasn’t a suitable property for a business traveller. The owner had left all their belongings in the property; there was a half eaten pizza in the fridge; the balcony area was filthy. The bedroom had only enough room for the bed and the bed linen needed ironing. Really not very good.

No cleaning person came in between these days to clean the house.
The apartment was very close to the Messe, which was very important for us. The landlady was very kind and attentive. We had a very comfortable stay.
