Hostel Kamakura

Lovely people, well located

This is a hostel with shared shower and toilet, but the facilities are close to the room and we didn't find that a bother. It is located in a real Japanese family house which is an experience (we usually stay in big hotels), and the family are very helpful. We made our own breakfast in the morning in the family kitchen which was comfortable and convenient for us. We came by car and there is one parking space.

Le personnel est si agréable. Il s’agit d’une femme et de ses parents, qui gèrent cette maison d'hôte. Ils sont très gentils et tres attentifs. Ils mettent à disposition énormément de matériel pour passer un bon séjour.

房间主人很热情，房间温馨舒适

遅い到着だったのですがそれも嫌な顔せずにご対応頂き感謝しています。

屋主及他的女兒非常親切且貼心，房子很漂亮，環境非常乾淨，不但為我們提供冰的麥茶，還算好我們返室時間，準備了浴缸水，走了一天能放鬆真的很棒。替我們考慮的行李的問題，還帶我們去鎌倉高校拍了照，.是值得推薦朋友，自己以後有機會再去也會選擇的住宿

I loved the enthusiasm of the host, the family was really friendly and helpful at the moment I reached their hostel. The young female host (daughter) could speak fluent English and was so generous to share the local attractions and good restaurants with us, gave us travel booklets so we could navigate Kamakura easily. When we came back after a long day, they have already prepared the hostel room for us with included toiletries, and even carried our luggage into the room for us beforehand. The host's father, was so nice to offer us a car ride to Ofuna station when we checked out as it was raining. Overall loved the place and will definitely re-book in the future, even though it is situated beside the local train path, it was not too noisy for us to fall asleep.

No breakfast or dinner on site, but a few possibilities walkable distance.
Extremely friendly hosts, who will try everything they can to help you and make the arrival, stay and departure (even dropped us at the nearly train station!) as best as possible.
They could not do more, and i cannot thank then enough for that.

The hostel was nice and clean, also near to the attractions. You can cook your meal there if you have time. The hosts were very kind and friendly.

The stay was comfortable. The host served with great hospitality. The staff is able to communicate in English. Overall an enjoyable stay.
