Sehr nette Gastgeberin, hat uns ein früheres Check-in ermöglicht. Konnten vor Ort auch für wenig Geld frühstücken. Viele Restaurants in Laufnähe, auch zum Strand nur max. 5min.

Une guest house comme on les aime, des gens accueillants et plus encore. Chambres très propres et petits dej parfaits. Nos ados et nous même avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

We had a 10/10 stay! She is absolutely wonderful and incredibly thoughtful. She even left us detergent and is always willing to give without expecting anything in return. Her husband also runs diving excursions around the reefs, which is a fantastic experience. Without a doubt, we highly recommend staying at this property!

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut, aber nicht sehr gut. Das Zimmer und das Bad ist sehr hübsch gestaltet. Der Aussenbereich ist okay, aber nicht extrem gemütlich. Die Eigentümerin hat zwar hübsche Pflanzen gepflanzt, aber der Ort versprüht keinen Charme. Es ist eher ein staubiger Innenhof mit Pflanzen als eine Oase. Je nach Zimmer schaut man auf der Terrasse an eine weisse Wand. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr bemüht und macht einen wirklich guten Job. Man kann dort auch Essen bestellen. Wir hatten in zwei von drei Nächten lauter Lärm in der Nachbarschaft, und zwar spät am Abend und dann am Morgen erneut - dafür kann die Eigentümerin natürlich nichts. Aber es hat uns schon etwas genervt. Man sollte zudem die Distanzen nicht unterschätzen: Nilaveli erstreckt sich relativ weit. Auch wenn das Meer auf der Karte sehr nahe aussieht, hat man gut 10-15 Minuten Gehzeit, bis man am Strand ist. Die Strasse in der Nähe ist die Hauptstrasse und es hat dort mehrere Restaurants.

Me gustó lo barato que es y sobretodo he estaba muy muy limpio. La señora que lo lleva es un amor. Me corte con una piedra en el mar y me ayudó a curarme.

Wir waren als Familie 2 Nächte dort.
Die Lage ist perfekt, nicht weit vom Meer entfernt.
Die Gastgeberin war sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit, mein Sohn war krank in dieser Zeit und sie hat sofort Hilfe angeboten.
Das Frühstück war lecker und sehr reichlich.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The location was great so close to the beach and easy for hiring a scooter and restaurants. The owners were so sweet looking after us so well. Breakfasts were delicious and they helped us with laundry and taxi bookings etc.

Très bon accueil, chambre spacieuse et propre. Le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux. Proche de la mer. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

We had a realy great stay in Nilaveli.
We felt right at home in the U new guest House.
The accommodation is in a great location, 5–10 minutes from the beach. It takes about the same time to walk in the opposite direction to the lake to enjoy the sunsets.
The rooms are clean and spacious. The owner is really friendly and helpful. Despite the language barrier, she helped us organise a whale-watching tour and cooked delicious meals for us. The food is superb. It’s the best curry and rice we’ve had so far on our trip through Sri Lanka.

La pension est très agréable car il y a une grande terrasse et possibilité de se poser devant la chambre avec un ventilateur au plafond. Notre chambre était équipée de la climatisation et d'un ventilateur. C'était propre et pratique. C'est à moins de 10 minutes de la plage et il y a aussi un super salon de massage tout à côté. On se sent comme chez soi. Il y a un grand fil à linge à l'entrée, c'est cool, pratique, sans chichi et Uthaya est à l'écoute et facilement joignable sur WhatsApp. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter.
