100 sobre 10. Imposible mejorarlo.
Pros:

Irma es directamente una Diosa de la educación, la recepción, la cocina, la hospitalidad. Un encanto, gente con valores ella y su marido Dieguito. Visite 96 países en mi vida y use Booking en muchísimos viajes, creo que he dado "10 en todo" menos de 5 veces en mi vida viajera (40 años) esta es una de ellas.

Superbe hôte à Riobamba
Pros:

La chambre était grande et propre. La propriétaire Irma a été aux petits soins avec nous. Elle nous a indiqué un emplacement de garage dès notre arrivée au coin de sa rue. Elle nous a offert un café dès la remise des clés, nous a conseillé les endroits à visiter à Riobamba. Nous devions partir dès 6h00 du matin et elle s’est levée très tôt pour nous préparer un café avec des sandwichs et nous a préparé une boîte de fruits frais avec des graines et yaourt pour chacun de nous.
C’est la première fois que nous sommes reçus ainsi.
De plus, comme je me suis trompé en lui réglant la nuit, elle m’a envoyé un message pour me demander mon compte papal et m’a remboursé le trop perçu

A great place to stay in Riobamba made even better by the hostess.
Pros:

Irma was such an amazing host - made sure we were well fed before we left on a big trip from Riobamba, recommended places to eat, and made sure we had everything we needed in our room. It's nicely located near downtown, which made our time in Riobamba very walkable. We were on the top floor - a quiet room with a super comfy bed and a strong, hot shower. Such a treat!

Pros:

The whole family are very welcoming and warm! It feels more like home than a hotel. I only wish I wasn't in such a rush and could spend some more time there and had a longer chat with Irma, or joined Diego with his work!

EL MEJOR ALOJAMIENTO DE MI VIDA.
Pros:

La casa de mármol sin duda superó mis expectativas por mil, más que un hospedaje tradicional, es un lugar mágico, y las personas que lo conducen también, Irma y toda su familia siempre están dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda y/o inquietud, con las mejores recomendaciones, guías y restaurantes seguros, certificados, estuve en la temporada del paro nacional en Ecuador y en todo momento me sentí segura y a salvo, se encargaban de que en todo momento estuviera a gusto y confortable y tuviera siempre lo que necesitara, no terminaría en un sólo párrafo lo agradecida que estoy con Irma, Diego, Sebas y su familia; los cuales están en el top de como hacer sentir a los huéspedes en casa y hasta parte de la famllia. Espero la vida me permita volver a visitarlos, aunque tenga que pasar todo el atlántico de nuevo!! Siempre estaré agradecida y una parte de mi corazón se quedo en Ecuador y en Casa de Mármol sobre todo. ♡♡ 100/100.

Hôte aux petits soins pour un séjour inoubliable
Pros:

La propriétaire et toutes les personnes sur place étaient adorables.
Elle retient le prénom de tous les voyageurs présents, et nous a donné plein de conseils et astuces pour vivre le meilleur séjour possible.
Nous avons pu échanger et rencontrer les autres personnes présentes sur place c’était enrichissant.
Elle était aux petits soins et notre séjour n’a été que meilleur.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Unbelievable value. Beautiful accomodation, clean, hot water and really comfy beds.

The host was so lovely and helpful. I got my clothes cleaned and returned very quickly and I was even able to get a massage on the premises.

I felt so welcome and it would have been a bargain for double the price I paid. I would love to come back - if only to spend more time talking to the lovely host.

La dueña de casa es una muy linda persona, muy servicial, atenta, siempre dispuesta ayudar en cualquier duda que uno tenga, ofrece información sobre puntos turísticos de la zona y eventos para realizar, además las instalaciones super cómodas y limpias, recomendado el lugar.

Para empezar la habitación no es lo que muestra booking en las fotografías. Las Sábanas y almohadas son como mantas que pican mucho. El desayuno es en una mesa encajada en la cocina de su casa que casi no cabíamos los huéspedes y con el lavadero con ropa tendida. Muy incómodo. Estuvimos 3 noches y no vaciaron el cubo del papel de WC, ya que no se puede tirar en el inodoro, con un olor insoportable. La dueña no paraba de intentar colocarnos actividades. Precio caro para lo que te dan. No lo recomiendo.

Casa de Marmol ist ein ganz besonderer Ort durch die dortigen Menschen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Irma, Sebastian und das ganze Team sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die angeboten Touren werden individuell und nicht in großen Gruppen durchgeführt. Und das zu einem guten Preis. Einfach toll. Kann das Casa de Marmol zu 100% empfehlen.
Beim Frühstück benötigt man manchmal ein bisschen südamerikanische Gelassenheit, aber das gehört dazu und man bekommt alles was man braucht.
