L’accueil de Faizal de son épouse et de sa fille ! Une magnifique maison à 400 m de la mer d’Arabie ! La surface des chambres, la qualité des installations, tout est réfléchi et exceptionnel ! J’ai rencontré l’architecte avec Faizal que j’ai félicité pour le projet immobilier ! Respectueux des lieux et des cocotiers ! Je souhaite à Faizal et sa famille le meilleur ! Je reviendrai pour Onam.

The location is excellent - 5 minutes by tuk tuk into town and the property has superb views. If you are lucky you may see a Sambar Deer in the ‘forest’ below the home stay or a family of Black Lingo monkeys in the trees outside.
The owners are very helpful , requesting tuk tuks or arranging day tours. Breakfast was excellent with omelettes, toast & jam served along with tea & coffe.
Panthalams is simple accommodation but its simplicity is beautiful. Please note there is no lift at the home stay.

The house is away from the center of the city in a quiet residential area., but getting there is a van was a bit difficult.

The room sizes are good and bathrooms were clean and functional. Comfortable large beds. Would definitely recommend using the hammocks on the top floor, I fell asleep within minutes of lying down- blissful with the breeze.

The host family is fantastic. Shakoor, his wife and daughter were very helpful and were warm to talk to.
The breakfast and teas they offered very delicious and good value for money.

The harmony of a soothing climate and captivating scenery was made even more delightful by the amazing rainfall during our stay, adding the perfect finishing touch.

Shukkoor was very helpful with everything, including helping me book local hikes. It was good to have someone who knew the area well. I suggest the super deluxe room with the amazing view!

I loved everything about this stay. The scenery was amazing, the bed was super comfortable, the shower had the best pressure and the people made it unforgettable. So kind, he even drove me places he didn't have to. Would definitely stay again. Was close walking distance to bus station and good reccommendation for a delicious dinner.

Good and quite area, 15 min walk to bus station as well to Thekkady entrance. Free terrace under roof. Hot whater for whole day, clean and enougth big room.

Amazing location and view from the balconies - Abdul was extremely helpful in organising trips out and providing lovely breakfasts. We'd really recommend Panthalams Homestay to foreign visitors to Thekkady.

The room and bathroom were clean. We paid extra so that we could have a room which has a lovely view from the balcony. Deer came to the area in the evening which was sweet. The host gave us a lift to the bus terminal and arranged tickets to the park.

Our family booked for one day.but after staying there we extend for another day.Excellent stay.nice hospitality by the owner . beautiful view from room.

The view from the homestay is great. Black monkeys, deer, mongoose could all be seen from the balcony. The room was large and very clean and breakfast was very good. The most important aspect was the assistance provided by my host who helped me with ideas, transport and booking boats and shows. This made my stay so much easier.

Quiet location, away from the busy center. Just a 5-7min walk from bus terminal and tourist office. Large and very clean room with hot(!) shower. Rooftop with hammocks. Owner is very helpful, even dropped me off at tourist info and helped me to safe som bucks on hiking trip.
