Buen servicio.
Pros:

Quedarnos en casa de Juan fue todo un acierto, él se esforzó por hacer de nuestra estancia lo mejor posible, una habitación muy amplia, todo muy limpio ,teníamos acceso a las zonas comunes del piso , volveríamos sin dudarlo.!

Cons:

Está un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad, hay largo recorrido.

Nächstes Mal wieder ein Hotel. Für das Geld hat es bessere Hotelzimmer, MIT extras, wie zB. Ein Kaffeegerät.
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt, in der Stadtmitte TORRENT also NICHT VALENCIA, ja! Mann muss wohl Treppensteigen (3. Stockwerk) und genau schauen, wann die geteilte Dusche/Toilette frei ist.

Cons:

Es war minimalistisch und unsauber. Es hatte noch nicht mal einen eigenen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, nichts. Nur ein Airco den ich sowieso hasse und ein riesen-Fernseher. Hätte lieber etwas wie eine Küche gehabt, wo mindestens einen Kaffee selber zu machen wäre.

La habitación, bastante grande al igual que la cama, mas cómoda y grande de lo esperado, el anfitrión muy atento a las necesidades y demás cosas cosas. Solo falto un poco mas de limpieza en el baño, de resto todo perfecto

La limpieza del baño, hizo falta dedicarle mas, no estaba en mal estado pero tampoco en un estado cómodo y completamente agradable, de resto todo muy bien, mas que todo la cama, muy grande y muy comoda

De viaje por formación
Pros:

El dueño fue súper amable, un 10. Llegué un poco tarde y me esperó para recibirme y explicarme todo. La habitación es grande y cómoda, tiene cerradura y deja un par de toallas para la ducha

Cons:

Venia por una formación y todo el dia estaba fuera, sólo iba para dormir. Para un caso así creo que es ideal. El edificio es un poco viejo y el baño pequeño. La habitación olia a tabaco y humedad, pero dejando ventilar mejoraba

Alles. Een sjofel en vies onderkomen. De badkamer moest gedeeld worden met de eigenaar. De wastafel en het toilet waren wel schoongemaakt, maar alles zag er te vies uit om te gebruiken. Er zou een gedeelde keuken zijn, maar die mochten we pas de volgende ochtend om 10.15 uur gebruiken: je moest daarvoor door de kamer van de eigenaar. Ook wilde hij dat we niet eerder dan die tijd vertrokken. Niet erg handig voor een doorreis.
De kamer stonk en was voorzien van kreukelig behang met bruine vlekken erin.
Het bed was wel netjes opgemaakt, maar met een deken. Niet hygiënisch.

Pros:

El check in es súper sencillo le escribimos la dueño de que llegábamos tarde por el barco ya que llegábamos de ibiza y entendió la pasada de hora de check in.
La atención súper amable, el mismo dueño nos recibió, nos explicó todo los servicios que tenía la habitación y de cómo se usaban las cosas, un punto fuerte por si viajas por trabajo tiene una muy buena conexión a wifi, yo que suelo trabajar con informática me sirvió mucho para trabajar con mi portátil.
Para viajar por trabajo o de paso por qué llegaste tarde para continuar tu ruta por España está muy bien viaje con mi esposa.
El tema de aparcamiento al lado de la vivienda hay parking gratuito y si está lleno siguiendo la recta de la calle sigue habiendo y menos de 1 cuadra o 2 también hay.

Cons:

No es que no me aya gustado pero si viajas con muchas maletas se te dificultará subir ya que es un 3 piso, y lo otro si viajas en estas fechas el tema de la ducha es como que mientras te bañas va y viene el agua entre fría fría y tibia y un poco más tibia…. Pero el resto excelente tuve una excelente estancia

Haber se está muy bien pero pienso yo que para el otoño e invierno debía de poner una manta o cobiga algo más que abrigue en la cama . También que en la situación no pone que son 3 pisos sin ascensor .
También que la cerradura del portal no abría después de varios intentos ,tuve que llamar al piso 😗, para que me facilitará la entrada .
