New property, still stabilizing
Pros:

Large spacious, new property. One half is still under construction. Property Location is good. Nice garden. Electricity backup is good.

Cons:

Only One maid manages the entire property. The maid doesn't have a fixed timing of coming and leaving. No room service. Room cleaning service not available. No help in luggage pickup and drop. No complementary breakfast. Deluxe Room size is 10x10 ft or max 12x12 ft, the bed is a mini-queen size. Yet the tariff is 2200 per night.
