Just a few minutes walk from the best bars and restaurants while being on a street that is quiet! (thankfully!) host is very nice!

Séjour parfait à Tulum ! J’ai passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel et tout était absolument irréprochable. La propreté était impeccable, la chambre très confortable et parfaitement équipée. Le wifi fonctionnait très bien, ce qui est un vrai plus. L’hôte est d’une grande gentillesse : souriant, disponible et toujours de très bons conseils. L’emplacement est idéal, bien situé tout en restant très calme, ce qui permet de vraiment se reposer. Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Comfortable place to spend New Year’s Eve. The room was clean, had a nice hot shower, bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was remarkably quiet as well

Clean, convenient. The neighborhood was residential and walking distance to main road. Owner recommended the most delicious seafood restaurant a block away. Never would have suspected it would be so great and very reasonably priced from reviews. Highlight of Tulum for us.
Would help to have a little sign outside to identify the place. Neighborhood not clean but safe.

The hotel is located near the BBQ restaurant and the main tourist street. The room was big and clean.
The photos of the roof terrace are incorrect. There was only one big table but it's a perfect place for the evening.

Location was just ok, it was very difficult to find (no signs or other information, had to call the owner to find it). Floor felt like it still had soap or cleaning products on it and there was noise until 1 in the morning / not much soundproofing. Need to pay for the room in cash if you don't want an extra credit card surcharge.
