An AMAZING value close to the hospitals and many other attractions in the area!
Pros:

The unit was well equipped for our stay. The description of the unit and pictures provided were spot on. Love that there is a private, in unit washer and dryer, and a full kitchen, stocked with dishes and utensils. Also included was a dishwasher.

The location was more akin to a cozy, fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment, than to any kind of hotel room. The entire front wall of the unit is large windows, with thick curtains to block most of the light.

The unit was very roomy, with a long hallway from the front door to the living room, providing ample interior walking room for my wife's recovery from surgery. Also on site is a fitness room with freeweights, a weight machine, elliptical, treadmill and exercise bike.

While we never met the personnel on site, there was more than ample communication via in app messaging and texts, as and when needed. I always received super fast responses to any questions I had, and they were available any time I needed them.

The bed was a nice, comfortable king size, with plenty of pillows. There is plenty of closet space, as well as an iron, and ironing board. The sofa in the living room also folded out to a full size bed. There were Roku smart tv's in the living room and bedroom, as well as a nice desk area for my laptop.

Overall, this was an EXCELLENT value. 20% cheaper than hotels that were 5-15 miles further from our destination. And arguably better equipped and furnished than a hotel, considering the full complement of dishes, full sized fridge, stove, microwave, washer, dryer, dishwasher, tables, furniture...

A better price, a shorter drive, how do you complain?

Cons:

The internet was a little weak, being an LTE Hotspot, as opposed to any hard wired option. It handled the smart tv's adequately, but I chose to use my 5g cell phone for my laptop.

My wife says the walls between units were a little thin, but it was not an issue for me personally.

The only thing I would like to see added is an additional set of curtains on the top set of windows, since there is an LED street light directly outside the unit, placed EXACTLY high enough to shine in over the curtains through the top. In addition to, or in place of the top window curtains, the same would be nice for the window in the top wall of the bedroom, only because of the aforementioned street light.
