Pros:

I like the whole cottage with excellent service given by dheeraj.
View of the house and outside view . The place was good and calm. Nearby everything was available with medical to grocery and confectionery.

We were 10 people and we all enjoyed the place.

Food is good.

Pros:

The location is excellent
Breakfast could be managed although it should be complimentary
Staff especially Mr Malkiet Singh was a nice person. He is very sincere polite and takes care of all the small needs. He stays at the property 24x7 and remains available. I would highly recommend others to stay at this property . Thanks to Mr Tondon and Mr mailket for everything

Overall, good value for money
Pros:

The stay was clean and well-maintained. The rooms seemed to be newly renovated/built. The caretaker was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast (paid separately) was good too.

The stay is around 7-8 kms away from mall road which is sort of far

Perfect if you staying with group of friends or family
Pros:

Location is good in Bunnykhet you will enjoy if you are staying like 8 people we booked 4 rooms appartment and fully enjoyed it was just as full private space where you can party with group of friends.

Cons:

Only two rooms have attached washroom apart from that everything was perfect

Excellent location, nice host and along with experienced service person. Awesome view...

Cons:

I didn't like the Lenin and bedsheets. Generally, in any location bed sheet should be white in color. So, you can easily make out whether Lenin is fresh, or it is used. But in this property, they used dark shaded Lenin and bed sheets, which is not appropriate. I highly the property should use light color Lenin for transparency and peace of mind for customer.
