Pros:

Sicuramente la facilità del check in e la comodità della stanza (sia a livello di piano che di posizione rispetto alla città). La stanza era pulita e il bagno funzionante. Il tavolo davanti alla finestra è stato molto utile e rendeva tutto più accogliente.

Cons:

Forse sarebbe da rivedere un attimo la manopola della temperatura della doccia perché indipendentemente da come si girava la manopola l'acqua arrivava sempre super calda (non girava per andare verso i segni blu in ogni caso). Sarebbe stato bello avere uno specchio grande da mettere in un angolo o dentro l'anta dell'armadio, è sempre utile averlo ed è un valore aggiunto alla stanza. I colori delle varie luci che erano presenti in stanza sono tutti diversi, sarebbe stato meglio fossero tutti uguali o per lo meno della stessa temperatura. L'odore di muffa all'entrata è veramente tremendo, è un peccato! Anche perché la stanza era tenuta bene ed era anche molto carina. L'odore all'entrata ti fa venire voglia di scappare via.

Ottima posizione vicina al centro, stanza grande con belle travi a vista, lenzuola morbide.

Cons:

Sapevamo che non era presente l'aria condizionata ma, vista l'ondata di calore, ci hanno detto che avrebbero fornito almeno un ventilatore: purtroppo era piccolissimo e poco potente, a malapena utile per una persona singola. Anche aprendo la finestra non passava aria, quindi abbiamo dovuto dormire con una temperatura interna di notte di 35°C. Suggerisco all'host di fornirsi di almeno un condizionatore portatile/ventilatore serio per il futuro. Andrebbe anche pulita meglio la zona cucina comune, che sarebbe molto utile.

Nice located, but ...with a price
Pros:

The coffee, when there was coffee....the shower was good, despite the broken drain, which you continuously step on.
The location is what carries it, between a colourful neighborhood and the commonly known public places to go.

Cons:

It's a worn place, most broken, half fixed. The apartment havent been maintained, it gets cleaned, but poorly maintained.
Dishwasher is broken...and unfortunately no aircondition during the heat wave.
Because the street is connecting two streets and is partly free of Trafic, young people gather right in front of the place and you can hear Trafic and drunken people, mostly late night, early morning...or hear someone use the quiet street to puke or pee with no disturbance...not a nice smell to step out into

Schöne Tage in einer bezaubernden Stadt.
Pros:

Ganz bezaubernder Altbau. Liebevoll mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Modernes Bad. Die Lage ist super. In der Altstadt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig in höchstens 15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Cons:

Leider war es während des Aufenthaltes täglich 36 grad heiß und damit im Zimmer auch sehr warm. Da hätte eine Klimaanlage sicherlich etwas Linderung gebracht.

Location was good.

Cons:

The main areas smelled relatively bad. There was no air conditioning and it was too hot indoors, but since it rained outside we could not open the window. Indoor lighting was also poor.

Great location, would recommend.

Pros:

Room was spacious. Location was great, very close to a lot of sightseeing spots. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was lind through messages.

Cons:

The room was quite hot and didn't have AC or fan. I requested a fan for the 2nd night and they were kind to lend us one. The apartment is near night-life bars, so it was loud at night.

It was a great location, but difficult to get luggage upstairs. Shower had wood rot and water poor.

Pros:

La ubicación del hostal es impresionante, cerca del centro y a pocos metros de la parada del metro. La habitación era amplia y bien equipada, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. El lugar estaba limpio. El check in fue muy fácil ya que te proporcionan los datos para poder hacerlo por tu cuenta.

Cons:

El colchón era muy delgado.
Tomar en cuenta que es un hospedaje sin ascensor.

Nicht zu empfehlen - Umsicht im Geschäftsgebaren mit dem Betreiber.

Wie andere Rezensionen auch schon erwähnt haben, extrem unhöfliche/unsolide Kommunikation mit dem Betrieber.
Niemand vor Ort erreichbar - scheinbar ein 'Ableger' eines nahegelegenen Restaurants.
Erhebliche Probleme mit der Zahlung:
Ein Bsp.: Schriftliche Anweisung des Betreiber erhalten, die Parkgarage in 'Bar' (!) vor Ort zu zahlen und die Parkgebühr von 45€ im Raum in Bar auf dem Zimmer liegen zu lassen (da in den 3 Tagen niemand des Betreibers vor Ort war). Genau so sind die Parkgarage Kosten bezahlt worden.
Im Nachhinein gibt es nun erhebliche Probleme und Widerspruch des Betreiber mir eine Rechnung für die Raumnutzung auszustellen, weil ich angeblich die 45€ in bar nicht gezahlt hätte (es kann ja leider keine Quittung geben ).
Das ist ein Besipiel für das unkorrekte Geschäftsgebahren des Betreiber.
Ich möchte jeden Neu-Gast empfehlen alle Vorgänge nur schriftlich/online zu buchen, und entsprechende Quitungen/Bestätigungnen vorliegen zu haben.
Ich kann dieses Hotel NICHT empfehlen, und bin in Streitigleiten mit dem Betreiber.

Cons:

Zu beachten: (bei meinem Besuch): kein Face to Face Kontakt mit einer Person vor Ort.
Korrekte Zahlungsabwiclungen ausschließlich online über booking.com einfordern. Keine Barzahlungen vor Ort abgeben.....

Чисто в номере, есть столовая, где можно обедать, техники много, плитка, холодильник, микроволновка, чайник, тостер, кофемашина, чай, кофе
В номере удобная постель, подушки
Находится в самом центре 2 мин от Гранд Плас
В пешей доступности основные достопримечательности Брюсселя.

Cons:

Цена не понравилась, дороговато и переулок не очень... С утра такие крики и шум на улице....
Но это проблема не владельца конечно.
Я читала в других отзывах те же проблемы для людей.
