Pros:

A dona realmente é muito legal

Cons:

Gente, apesar da dona, o lugar na vdd não é pousada, é uma casa meio adaptada. Não tem fachada nenhuma. Além disso, o lugar fica no meio do bairro e achei meio estranho. A cara do bairro não dá sensação de lugar seguro, sei lá. Se vc não ligar pra extrema simplicidade e for familiarizado com os bairros de SP até q serve. Eu sinceramente esperava uma certa formalidade, mas vai de cada um.

The garage room
Pros:

The only thing to be saved was that the room was quite clean.

Cons:

The window, which could not be opened, looked into the garage, which in turn was closed by a gate onto the street, so it was practically and like sleeping in the middle of the street with all its noises.
All the electrical sockets were unplugged, so for example the fridge was hot.

Nice and cozy accommodation
Pros:

Nice and comfortable room.

Cons:

We chose the hotel based on proximity to the airport and price, but we actually had to pay 60 reais each way. So the price got 120 reais more.
