Pros:

The accommodation is very unique, more like Airbnb (private property). We stayed at the Tesla room, it has private bathroom (very clean) and the shower was 10/10 (nice hot water, great water pressure and shower hose). Bill, the owner of the house was always present, he was very nice and gave us tips for the area. We were allowed to use the kitchen. Plenty of drinking water in the room. If you expect a hotel/motel, this is not for you, but we (group of 3) stayed for two nights while visiting Zion and it was everything we needed.

Cons:

The room can’t be locked when you leave, at least we didn’t know how to. If that is a problem for you, just ask about it beforehand. We left all our staff in unlocked room and it was fine. Bill was probably at home anyway to keep an eye on it.

Superb
Pros:

The owner was very nice! He helped to create a good atmosphere and make me feel at home! He provided some great water and a comfortable place to stay. It's a great location! Very close to everything. Especially the hiking and Zions national Park!

A wonderful host and comfortable stay
Pros:

Bill is a brilliant host and offers a very comfortable stay with everything you’ll need
It is ideally located to access Zion park and thanks to Bill’s recommendation we got to see the most beautiful side of the park.
There is some really nice nature around hurricane also , only a few minutes drive away.

Awesome home with some limitations
Pros:

Was a lovely home with nice views and access to the local areas for adventure. The photos that Bill had from Zion National park were awesome.

Cons:

City had changed occupancy of beds and the room we reserved went from 2 beds to 1 bed with a couch, but no email of change before arrival. As the rooms are inside the main house there were only locks for the room once inside but not for while you were away. WIFI Password not posted, so had to ask host. House rules required that you leave shoes at the door, yet could have been part of the welcome email. Parking was good due to there was an empty lot next door.

Bill was a friendly, nice guy. The place was quite disappointing.😔
Pros:

We liked the location. It was a good stop to rest before Las Vegas. The host was friendly and gave some good suggestions about things to do around close by Hurricane.

Cons:

The things I didn’t like about the property was the very first thing you see when you walk in the front door is clutter and mess. The lighting was very dim outside and inside. The room we stayed at was ok but had a strange smell about it. To get to the room, you walked through a common living area that had a lot of furniture, posters and other things all over. It was a bit cluttered and messy. We did not stay the second night. Just couldn’t do it. We ended up finding somewhere else to stay.

We enjoyed a peaceful and restful stay.

Breakfast was not provided. Bed was very comfortable. Host was congenial and knowledgable about area attractions.

Cons:

Place was not very tidy. We prefer better lit areas, particularly in the bedroom.

The neighborhood was nice.

Cons:

The host tried to put us in a different room than the one we booked!!!I didn't like that the doors didn't lock both ways going in and out and the door let in light. There was no privacy. It was dark and had a lot of extra furniture. It was cluttered!
