Zdecydowanie piękniej niż na zdjęciach, pierwszy raz byliśmy tak pozytywnie zaskoczeni miejscem. Piękna lokalizacja, blisko dość blisko plaży, cisza, spokój. Pod samym blokiem rowery elektryczne i sklepik. Apartament tak cudowny, że aż się czasem nie chciało z niego wychodzić. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, na miejscu gry, pełne wyposażenie kuchenne. A do tego niska cena. No naprawdę polecam z całego serca!

Dogodna lokalizacja, świetna cena.

Znakomita lokalizacja - dosłownie przy wyjściu z przejścia podziemnego pod dworcem PKP, a jednocześnie umiejscowienie budynku sprawia, że jest cicho i - poza ewentualnymi sygnałami dźwiękowymi - praktycznie nie słychać pociągów. Sympatyczna obsługa i bardzo uczciwa cena. Czysto. Wygodne łóżko. Zdaje się, że dostępny obszerny pakiet TV i WiFi, ale nie korzystałem ;) niemniej przy tak niskiej cenie warto o tym wspomnieć.

Cons:

Pokój bardzo kameralny - dla jednej osoby OK, ale na dwójkę za ciasno - trudno przemieszczać się po pokoju bez kolizji. O ile z zewnątrz nie było słychać dużo, to drzwi na korytarz nie zapewniały dużej izolacji akustycznej. Pokój (szczególnie łazienka) mógłby zostać odrobinę odświeżony. Nie jest źle, ale widać już trochę znaki czasu. Niezbyt intuicyjna obsługa okna dachowego. To jednak drobne wady, a w tej cenie - raczej pomijalne.

Po ocenie 8,6 spodziewałem się znacznie więcej.

Brak ciepłej wody jednego ranka. Nie była to kwestia poczekania aż spłynie zimna, po prostu tego dnia nie było rano ciepłej wody. Zaciek na suficie, framuga drzwi, ściana przy szafie wymaga naprawy. Pokój ciasny, przy wysuniętym krześle nie można przejść. Natrysk co najmniej nieestetyczny. Okno nie otwiera się. Na klatce schodowej nieprzyjemny zapach. Moim zdaniem zdjęcia tego nie pokazują. Ocena 8,6 mocno zawyżona ale może to nie dla mnie nocleg.
