Barulho excessivo de conversação e discussões logo de manhã cedo e a noite até tarde.
A forma como tratam os hóspedes não é uma relação de estabelecimento comercial com o cliente, sempre se dirigem a gente no imperativo, como patrões dando ordens a empregados. Toda vez que fui me comunicar com os responsáveis pelo atendimento a impressão que dá é que nós clientes estamos fazendo algo errado, estranho e inexplicável a sensação.
