Property is in a great location, close to train stations, the shops and the area is beautiful.
Location is convenient and a short walk to the station and shops. Very comfortable room.
No Air Conditioning means the room is very hot. Although booking.com shows a living room etc the reality is you are renting a room and sharing a bathroom and facilities with other guests.

Fabulous location, well appointed and homely. Welcoming and friendly host - highly recommended! Appreciated the fan in the room for keeping cool and getting a good night's sleep.
Very happy with the accommodation - worth noting for future guests that it is just behind the District line so if you would be bothered by train noise then bring earplugs!
We had a lovely stay! The property is close to the tube station, supermarket and eating places. Our pre-arranged late arrival was no issue as key-safe in place. The rooms were very comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. Nice big shower in shared bathroom. Tereza was a great host! Many thanks.

Felt extremely unwanted. Unwelcoming and greedy host („why are you 2 people, you didn’t tell upfront, so I could kick you out. I need know“). Description on internet misleading. Got a small room with IKEA bed, noisy (the tube literally runs through the house), no use of sitting room, patio or anything. Very disappointing.
Very friendly, very arty.
It is a shared bathroom, but that's made very clear. The district line does run close to the back of the house, which I rather liked but others might not if light sleepers.
Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage in London, tolle Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in einem sehr gepflegten, sicheren und attraktiven Stadtteil.
Es wurde schriftlich und mündlich auf die Erfordernis des Sauberhaltens des Badezimmers hingewiesen, das ist okay. Geputzt wurde dort während meines Aufenthalts aber nicht und eine neue Toilettenbürste sollte auch dringend angeschafft werden.

Perfect location for my visit for a croquet tournament at Hurlingham Club. Comfortable room with kettle and tea and a tv. Nice bathroom
