Pros:

Very clean, nice size room with good wifi and air conditioning. Very close to the highway. Huge communal kitchen with ample dishes. Small playground in the back. Tables and chairs to sit outside or inside. Basic accommodations, but in that category very good.

Cons:

Coffee was not available, water had distinct smell, so did not drink it. Bring your own coffee and shampoo.

ein Aufenthalt auch für mehr als eine Nacht - wenn das Zimmer auf der Bahn abgewandten Seite ist
Pros:

gute Lage zur Autobahn, viele Parkplätze, sehr große Zimmer auch Küche und Aufenthaltsraum grosszügig. Zimmer voll gefliesst und alles voll funktionsfähig. Schön dekoriert, viele Pflanzen, klasse gemacht. Alles von der Dame persönlich gezeigt worden. Wirklich alles super schön und gepflegt. auf diesem großen Pferdehof. Aber die Bahn vor der Tür......

Cons:

die Lage zur Eisenbahntrasse vielleicht 35 M und bis 22.00 Uhr und ab 05.00 guter Verkehr, also extrem laut bei Zimmer auf Eisenbahnseite. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenster fällt man beim ersten Zug aus dem Bett. Ich habe immer Ohrstöpsel dabei so das ich es überhören kann, aber ohne dem?

WARNING DOGS €10 EACH CASH
Pros:

Easy to find. The aircon was on in the room so nice and cool as 39° outside and been driving 12 hours
Safe off-street parking

Cons:

On booking online I paid what I thought was dogs I added 2 dogs to my booking.com order and 2 guests but arriving at the hotel and unpacking I was approached by a rude staff member demanding €10 each for our dogs and after telling her I didn't know I thought it was already included she got mad saying it's all over the booking when all it says might be additional charge ?
I agreed to pay but then was told cash only no card payment and I had to go now into town to get the cash 🤬
Luckily we found some cash to pay to save a long trip to find a cash machine as we just wanted to go to bed
Booking.com should add payment for dogs to booking to save this problem it's last time I will use booking.com.

Duże pokoje, wygodne duże łóżka, miejsce do przyrządzenia i zjedzenia posiłku, miejsce parkingowe.

Cons:

Niestety trochę głośno w obiekcie cienkie ściany i nieszczelne drzwi, tak ja piszą inni woda ma nieprzyjemny zapach siarkowy.

Pros:

The owners were welcoming and friendly. Other reviews have mentioned the smell of the water, believe me this is not a problem, it is pure mineral water (with sulphur) and although it smells it leaves your skin soft and glowing. The rooms are clean as is the well equipped kitchen.
