Pros:

We had an amazing time diving with 4 Sisters Divers on Bunaken! We did lots of dives during our stay and saw so many incredible things—giant frogfish, endless turtles, cuttlefish, shrimps, crabs, and some amazing macro critters we never would’ve found on our own. The guides really know their stuff.

Wan and Nando were fantastic—professional, relaxed, and always made us feel safe and looked after. Big thanks to Dodi, who was brilliant on the boat, keeping us hydrated and helping with all our gear, and to Captain Victor for smooth, easy rides every day.

The food was incredible too! Na and Sellyn cooked some of the best meals we’ve had in Indonesia—every lunch was something to look forward to.

Herol was so welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the whole team made it feel like home. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended.

L'accueil est très sympathique, le 4 sisters est situé près de le jetée ce qui simplifie les arrivées et départs. Les repas étaient aussi très bons.

Très déçue de l’accueil par le personnel et de l’ambiance générale
Pros:

* bon emplacement sur l’île
* Chambre spacieuse et propre
* Proposition de nombreuses activités et plongées
* Ma compagne a fait de la plongée pour la première fois et elle en était contente, bon matériel et bon instructeur

Cons:

Je mets un bémol IMPORTANT sur l’accueil et le personnel, qui n’est justement pas accueillant et pas très sympathique
* quand nous sommes arrivées, nous posions des questions pour les plongées et snorkeling à une responsable, le patron est arrivé et nous a rembarré sèchement en disant qu’il était en train de réparer des problèmes d’électricité dans les chambres et que nous discuterions de ça plus tard
* La responsable était nettement plus sympathique et avenante avec d’autres convives qui faisaient de la plongée tous les jours (et donc qui payaient plus)
* Petit mépris et très peu de considération envers moi qui ne faisais pas de plongée à cause de problèmes aux oreilles (on s’adressait plus à ma compagne qui avait justement fait 1 plongée)
* Petite pression ressentie quant à faire des activités ; cela a semblé mal perçu quand nous avons dit que nous voulions rester tranquilles pendant 2j. Il est d’ailleurs écris dans leur hall que si vous faites des activités avec d’autres homestays vous n’êtes pas les bienvenus
* ce qui est paradoxal car lorsque l’on pose des questions sur les activités, on semble les embêter
* Petite réflexion et moquerie de la responsable car je ne terminais parfois pas mes repas étant malade pendant tout le séjour
* Clim payante à 100k par jour !!!!
* au moment de payer notre facture en fin de séjour la responsable a lourdement insisté pour que nous payions telle et telle chose en carte et d’autres en espèces (nous n’avons pas cédé)
Bref en 2 mois de voyage en Indonésie c’est le premier établissement où je n’ai pas ressenti un bon accueil

Incredible people, Incredible Diving, Incredibly lucky to have experienced 4 sisters! 🫶
Pros:

Firstly, the staff here is unbelievably kind and helpful. Special mention to the hostess Sellyn. She made my stay at 4 sisters feel like a home away from home and felt like an instant friend. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfy,and the property has several beautiful sitting areas with reliable wifi. The meals were great and were served in large portions.
The Dive logistics here are amazing.
Walk down the stairs in the morning and hop right on the dive boat that’s parked about 20m from where you’ll eat breakfast. My gear was always already on the boat waiting for me. The dive gear is in good shape, the dive guides phenomenally talented, and the dive sites are out of this world, and usually no more than a five to 10 minute boat ride away.

Cons:

While the food is very delicious, it is repetitive with fish and rice and fried noodle as the main staples. This is Indonesia after all and you are on a small island where ingredient options are limited, and so this is to be expected, but some increased variety in the meal offerings would make 4 sisters even more incredible…

Nothing especially, although didn't dislike anything either, it was "fair/OK"

Cons:

Staff are a bit off, weird body language, it's always obvious when people are talking about you in their own language. Feels like you're being watched and judged a bit, i've been to Indonesia 4 times for a total of 6 months and this only seems to happen in touristy places like Bunaken, Bromo, Bali etc.

Nothing bad happened, it's not a really bad place or anything, just a bit of an odd atmosphere.

A very pleasant stay with amazing food, friendly hosts. only downside is the push to do activities.
Pros:

• The food was excellent, with breakfast and dinner included, always tasty and generous, and adapted to my vegetarian diet.
• Extra meals are very affordable (50,000 IDR) and generous.
• The girls who run the place are super nice and welcoming.
• Rooms were clean, the view was beautiful, and the value for money was great.
• The dolphin trip was really nice, they took the time to search until we found them, and it was a magical moment.

Cons:

• There’s an implicit obligation to book activities and diving with them, which can be irritating if you want to go elsewhere.
• Tours are slightly more expensive than in other places.

Pros:

Eigentlich spricht nichts dagegen mir dieser Unterkunft. ABER!! Wenn ihr tauchen gehen möchtet mit einem anderem Tauch Center gmdan sucht euch eine andere Unterkunft. Der Besitzer verbietet es mit jemand anderem jegliche Aktivitäten zu machen.
Das Tauchen ansich war okay, aber ich bin mir unsicher ob alle die Notwendigen Zertifikate haben. Handzeichen, Briefings, etc sind nicht gemacht worden. Wenn ihr erfahren seit ist's machbar, aber für Tauchanfägnger .. naja..

Cons:

Der Besitzer will das ihr alle Aktivitäten bei ihm macht, sonst müsst ihr gehen wegen absurden gründen. Das gilt es einfach zu beachten.

Das Menü das serviert wird ist sehr fisch lastig, aber gut.

Tagsüber kann's sehr warm werden in den Zimmern, und mann hört jeden Schritt.

Würde jederzeit wieder kommen und das Homestay wärmstens weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Ich fühlte mich im 4 Sisters sehr wohl. Die Leistungen und die Räumlichkeiten sind wie beschrieben vorzufinden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und ist stets bemüht das alles passt. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und immer frisch und mit Liebe zubereitet. Das integrierte Divecenter hat jegliches Equipment vorhanden und die Diveguides sind sehr kompetent. Ich habe während meinem Aufenthalt mehrere Tauchgänge unternommen und diese immer sehr genossen. Die Diveguides haben mir mit ihrer humorvollen und herzlichen Art wundervolle Tage über und unter Wasser ermöglicht. Ich werde die Zeit im Homestay und auf Bunaken Island sehr vermissen und noch lange daran zurückdenken!

Cons:

Ich teilte das Badezimmer mit einem weiteren Zimmer. Dies war für mich nicht weiter schlimm, jedoch muss einem bewusst sein, dass nicht jedes Zimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt.
