Nothing, the entire stay was disastrous
Very bad security. Not being informed there will be people coming over for maintenance, someone intruded and attempted to open the main gate around 2pm 21/7/24. I was shocked by people coming over, claiming for maintenance purpose, forcefully opened the main gate and attempted to open the main door. I was not being informed by the customer service or person in charge beforehand. I was apparently the only tenant staying in the house at that time. If those people are allowed to enter the house, who is to blame if things/property gone missing?
Secondly, poor communication and service. Person in charge was rude, not allowed to change to a new room despite complaining regarding bed bugs. Not being offered any alternatives despite voicing out the uncomfortable stay. I was given an extra key for another room, I was asked by the person in charge to keep the extra key in the letter box, after I did so, I was rudely confronted for unknown reason.
Thirdly, very poor hygiene, odd smell in the house, dusty floor, toilet bowl was stained. Cats and dogs freely peed outside the unit compound.
