Pros:

The property is located near odayam beach in a quiet neighbourhood (at least during the week). It's just a short walk to the beautiful beach where you can find restaurants as well and even varkala main beach and cliff are in walking distance via a coastal path.
We loved the greenery on the property and the pool. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They offer breakfast, laundry service and whatever you need help with.
The rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfy.

Enjoy while you can nature and adventure at its best
Pros:

Adarsh was very good, meet our requirements and directed us where we needed to go. He was very informative; rooms were very clean and big size. auto rickshaw distance to Varkalla beach and night life. Dont miss that part.There is kettle in the room and you can make your own coffee. I did not try their breakfast so I cannot comment on that.Nature and adventure at its best

Pros:

The property is in driving distance to both south cliff and north cliff.

Cons:

The property is not maintained very well. There was hair lying around in the washroom sink. There were ants crawling through the floor and the wall at all times. There was no breakfast/lunch/dinner facilities available. The room door did not lock properly. There were sporadic electricity cuts throughout. The room did not have clean utensils such as kettle, glass, and cups. The lights did not work properly.
Overall a poorly managed property. Would not recommend this to anyone.
