Pros:

Het is een bijzonder mooi appartement, ruim en stijlvol ingericht. De ligging is perfect voor wie van het Bourgondische leven houdt. Zodra je de deur uitgaat lachen de gezellige cafeetjes je toe. Een van de cafe-uitbaters zei dat deze Dansaertwijk het echte centrum is (weg van de echte toeristen).
Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Hier zou ik best wel een paar nachten kunnen wonen!

La localización

Cons:

Para 3 personas muy justo. No había ropa de cama suficiente para el sofá-cama y una sábana estaba rota. Espacio muy reducido. La puerta del lavabo no coerra bien y el menaje de cocina muy insuficiente.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt äußerst zentral und perfekt für ein Stadtaufenthalt in Brüssel, in einem kleinen, historischen Gebäude; einfacher Check-In.

Cons:

Vielleicht ist auch dies der Grund warum unser Zimmer "Studio 2" leider sehr hellhörig war (wir jeden Schritt und Gespräche von anderen Gästen über uns sowie auch jede Toilettenspülung hören). Leider hatten wir auch einen latent leicht modrigen Geruch im Raum und einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch in der Toilette.

The old-country Belgium charm was a lovely treat.
Pros:

OMG, I was not prepared for the dose of historic Belgium charm. Studio 5 was at the top of a spiral staircase, and had such fun whimsical decor. The setting below came lively at night, not rowdy, and the windows shut any noise out when we were ready to go to sleep. It was two block from a metro station, and easy walking access to the main tourist sights.

Cons:

I was ok, but it is not for anyone who has mobility issues.

Would highly recommend for a short break in Brussels.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Grand Place. Found it with no problems. Also great bars, restaurants and supermarket on your doorstep. Our host was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Cons:

I would have preferred photos specific to the apartment I was booking rather than pictures of all the apartments.

Parfait pour un séjour à Bruxelles
Pros:

Très bien placé le studio est confortable, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Le lit est très confortable. Il y a également une petite terrasse mais nous n’en avons pas profité (l’humidité de ce début septembre a amené de nombreux moustiques)

Cons:

Les seuls petit Bémols mais qui ne sont vraiment pas très dérangeants l’interrupteur des toilettes difficile à trouver la nuit et les porte mentaux difficilement atteignables pour les petites personnes

La posizione

Cons:

Il kit da bagno e il phon erano chiusi a chiave in un armadietto quindi non potevano essere utilizzati. L' acqua calda della doccia non è bastata per tutti e anche gli scarichi lasciavano desiderare.

Charme e comodità a due passi dal centro.
Pros:

Alloggio molto originale. Curato in ogni dettaglio. Pulito, confortevole, vicino al centro e in una zona con molti localini ma senza rumore, né di giorno né di notte.
Daniel molto gentile nel fornire tutti i dettagli,e anche l'assistente che cura gli alloggi (Curtre?) disponibile e affabile.
È presente il phon con anche il diffusore. Shampoo, bagnoschiuma. In cucina una scatola con diversi tipi di te, caffè, zucchero, olio e sale.
Letto molto comodo. Soluzione x i bagni molto originale e simpatica.
Lo consiglio senza dubbio..
