Ce n est pas bruyant mais les cloisons sont assez fines et on entend les avions. Mais avec des boule quies aucun souci pour bien dormir

Pros:

Este Studio serviu perfeitamente para o nosso propósito: descansar uma noite em Bruxelas. A localização é, de facto, muito boa! O Studio é muito bem aproveitado, com uma cozinha equipada, bem como wc.

Cons:

Cuidado com as escadas pois são íngremes e com carrinho de bebé torna-se cansativo subir. Mas nada que não se faça!

If it wasn't for the location, this would be a 2/10
Pros:

The location was truly excellent.

Cons:

1. Even after the owner confirmed that the studio had been cleaned, there were clear signs of dirt and dust (especially on the floor!);
2. Although the reservation was made for 3 people, only 2 bath towels were available, and we were forced to go to the building's laundry room to collect the missing towel;
3. The sheets and blankets for the sofa bed were nowhere to be found, forcing us to search the entire studio (the owner also left no instructions regarding this). In addition, we had to put the sheet on the sofa bed ourselves (this part is meant to be informative, not really a criticism);
4. The sound insulation between the studio and the rest of the building was terrible. We woke up in the morning to the noise of other guests arriving/leaving...

Also, after trying to understand all these issues with the owner, he kind of deflected every criticism, except for the towel situation, which he apologized for. I think better communication and ownership is to be expected in these cases... Loved Brussels tho!

APARTAMENTO MUY BIEN UBICADO. SUPER RECOMENDABLE PARA PAREJAS.

La ubicación es excelente. Cerca del centro, bien comunicado y en una zona con muchos restaurantes y ambiente para salir a cenar. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente en todo momento y nos permitió dejar las maletas tanto a la llegada como a la salida para cuadrarlo con nuestros vuelos.

Cons:

Todo fue bien. El apartamento era pequeño pero tal y como se indicaba en las características. Se ajustaba con la realidad.
