La laverie à côté de l'appartement était assez bruyante, mais en déplaçant les casseroles on a beaucoup réduit les vibrations et finalement ça ne nous a pas embêté

Die Lage war wirklich sehr gut, ruhig aber mit allen möglichen in der Nähe, viele Cafés, Restaurants, Bio Geschäfte. Und 10 Minuten zu Fuß von Zentrum.
Das Apartment hatte asles, was man so für ein paar Tage braucht. Und es war sehr ruhig, ich war im Erdgeschoss und Hinterhof.
Die Heizung hat auch zum Glück gut funktioniert, sodass man ausreichend heizen könnte. Das war wichtig denn es war in der Zeit kalt und die Tür zum inneren Garten im Schlafzimmer war nicht ganz dicht.
Daniel, der Geschäftsführer, war sehr freundlich, hat immer ziemlich sofort auf meine Fragen geantwortet und ich dürfte am letzten Tag mein Gepäck dort über die Check out time einige Stunden noch lassen.

Cons:

Die Matratze war leider sehr alt und ausgeleiert, nicht so bequem. Da die ziemlich breit ist und ich nicht so groß, habe ich für mich die Lösung gefunden, quer im Bett zu liegen, dann ging es .
Sonst war alles super.

Top Lage, die Wohnung liegt total zentral und toll zu Fuß erreichbar vom Nord-Bahnhof (20-25 Minuten Fußweg). Die Lage in der Nähe vom Grand Place ist toll. Das Nacht- und Kneipenleben super. - Top Service, die Putzfrau hat alles in Time geschafft und wir konnten früher das Zimmer beziehen. Mit dem Code am Eingang war es einfach zu handeln. - Das Aufstellbett ist ok, ich hatte schon schlimmere.

Cons:

Es hat mir alles gut gefallen. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war top. Die Lage ist das beste. Mitten Drin im Leben vor Ort. Wirklich den Eindruck, Brüssel zu erleben. Toller Kurztrip.

Charmant en sfeervol, zeker niet perfect
Pros:

Het piept en kraakt in deze accommodatie en dat is meteen ook de charme. Het is sfeervol en karakteristiek ingericht. Oud, klein, maar volledig.
Leuk buurtje en een kleine supermarkt op 250 meter lopen.

Cons:

Als je op zoek bent naar een perfect onderkomen, moet je hier niet zijn. Iets te donker in de badkamer, hier en daar zitten wat dingen los. Mij stoort het niet zo, maar het is niet voor iedereen.

Un buen lugar para pasar unos días

Tenía todo lo que se necesitaba, la cama y el sofá muy cómodos, las terrazas muy bonitas.

Cons:

La subida de las escaleras un poco estrechas y peligrosas, para subir el coche del perro fue trabajoso, aunque el anfitrión nos advirtió por mensaje sobre la escaleras no pensamos que fueran tan estrechas

Cons:

Appartamento comodo per la posizione ma abbiamo notato subito poca organizzazione dei servizi igienici: water in uno stanzino di mezzo metro, ove sedersi significa avere la guancia attaccata alla porta. Doccia dislocata in altro ambiente rispetto al water, senza box e senza porta.
il cortile non è come in foto, sono 2.5mtx2.5mt

Siamo rimasti però sconcertati da qualcuno, immaginiamo la donna delle pulizie, che si è introdotto nell’appartamento mentre dormivamo. D’un tratto abbiamo sentito il rubinetto della cucina scorrere e abbiamo notato la luce accesa, mentre parlavamo tra di noi di quanto stava accadendo, la persona che si era introdotta è andata via. Presumiamo fosse la donna delle pulzie ma siamo rimasti sconcertati dal comportamento in quanto ciò è accaduto al mattino presto (7) quando il checkout è alle ore 11.
Chiediamo spiegazioni rispetto a quanto ci è accaduto e che ci ha causato disagio.
