Pros:

Staff was the best from the whole trip. Thank you so much for your hospitality and help. Super competitive prices.

Great stay for the value!
Pros:

Great place for the price & value! I enjoyed my stay here, as it was a bargain compared to other places, especially around Tokyo. WiFi was fast & the bed was comfortable. Ironically, I had forgotten to bring my toothbrush, but the owner provided one (which is included with your stay there). There were is also free chop sticks, tea & coffee too, which can save you money (so you do not have to buy those from 7-11 or Lawsons).

Great value for money, especially in Tokyo area.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. I had an entire private room to myself, which was great for the price I paid. Located in a residential area, it’s quite peaceful too. Mr. Hoshi was personally there to check me in. Having cooking facilities would’ve been better, but it was manageable for a few nights.

Please mentioned regarding using the washing machine need to pay 200 yen, mentioned that STAYED WITH OWNER in that house

Warm…the owner collected the garbage.

Cons:

In description the facilities can use the laundry but unfortunately need to pay 200 yen per laundry.😂 please mentioned at description. And please mention that OWNER STAY IN THAT HOUSE, for guest staying at 2nd floor. So you have to shared with the owner. Can’t cook. Only microwave your food.

Very good.
Pros:

You get a whole spacious private room for the price. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood a distance from the city center but there is a frequent bus connection to the rest of the city. The host is quite accommodating to my late check-in time as I was taking the last bus and allowed me to leave my luggage there after check-out.

Cons:

There could be a sink on the second floor, and the bus is quite pricy (~250 yen per trip) so do take that into account if you are coming with a lot of people.
