Fantastic Value and Homestay!

Great stay at a Homestay
Pros:

All the basics were perfect - comfortable bed , nice linen and really clean. On top of that Andrea made us feel so welcome

View from the conservatory was fabulous.

Cons:

While we had been made aware that Andrea would not be around on the first night of our stay we were disappointed that she did not leave us any literature or advice on the local area, as we had a number of questions about our plans. We even had to work out which bedroom was for us.
The driveway is very steep and, while we were there, cars were parked close to the entrance making it impossible to see oncoming traffic.

Relaxing and welcoming stay in Richmond
Pros:

We had an excellent two-night stay at Hillview, in a very comfy room complete with a lovely outlook.

Breakfast was a real bonus along with expresso coffee.

The convivial chat and banter with other guests was delightful but we had our own privacy as well.

Excellent value for money in desirable Richmond.

Five stars: would highly recommend.
