Podobała mi się łazienka, była czysta, a prysznic działał znakomicie.

Cons:

Było bardzo zimno, zwłaszcza że w pokoju jest mały kaloryfer i nie grzeje dobrze. Poprosiliśmy w recepcji o pilot do klimatyzacji — powiedziano nam, że nie działa, ale że mogą go poszukać i przynieść do pokoju. Niestety nikt tego nie zrobił.

W pokoju nie było tak czysto, jak byśmy oczekiwali. Telewizor działał z przerwami i nie wszystkie kanały były dostępne. Dodatkowo zapukano do naszego pokoju z powodu rzekomego „hałasu”.

Katastrophe
Cons:

Es hat mir nicht gefallen, dass der Weg zum Zimmer, welches im Dachgeschoss lag, nicht beleuchtet war. Ich bin fast die Treppen heruntergefallen, wenn ich mich im letzten Moment nicht gefangen hätte. Hatte dann mein Handy zum leuchten genutzt um den Zimmercode einzugeben. Im Zimmer drin, habe ich festgestellt, dass die Heizungen zwar auf 5 gedreht sind, aber eiskalt waren.

Das Zimmer war kalt, sehr kalt. Nicht verwunderlich, bei draußen Minus 2 Grad. Ich beschloss samt Kind mit Anziehsachen und mit Mütze, Handschuhe und Schuhen zu schlafen, um sich keine Erkältung einzufangen.

Als wir uns die Betten 6 insgesamt im Zimmer, zurecht gerückt haben, 3 in einer Reihe, wollten wir wenigstens WLAN oder Fernsehen nutzen.

Nicht verwunderlich, man hat keine Informationen darüber. Wie das WLAN Passwort ist. Man kann also kein WLAN nutzen.
Der Fernseher steht schick auf einen Holzschrank, lediglich zur Deko, da dieser nicht funktioniert. Auf den Nachtomoden stehen auch keine Nachttischlampen. Wenn man nachts aufstehen möchte, muss man eine eigene Taschenlampe dabei haben, um andere nicht zu wecken, die mit übernachten, da es nur einen Lichtschalter direkt am Eingang gibt.

Beim Auschecken befand sich eine Dame an der Rezeption. Wir haben ihr die Probleme in polnischer Sprache geschildert. Natürlich kann sie nichts für die Umstände, aber sagte nur, dass sie es ihrer Vorgesetzten mitteilen wird und das manches bereits bekannt sei. Locker vom Hocker teilt sie uns das WLAN Passwort mit . Schön und gut, aber das Passwort ist nirgends hinterlegt und wenn man eincheckt, wenn die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist, kann man kein wlan nutzen.

Zimmer 21 ist deshalb bei diesen Mängeln für eine Familie mit Kind nicht zu empfehlen!!
