Calma, excelente e organizada.
Pros:

Gostei da localização e de poder estacionar o carro do trabalho na rua tranquilamente. Não tem trânsito constante, tem vaga de estacionar na própria rua e é bem silencioso.

Cons:

Só não consegui acessar o wifi, mas tudo certo, o sinal de dados móveis pegou bem.

Pros:

A localização é boa.

Cons:

É um quarto compartilhado onde não há conforto, ficamos 04 dias e não ocorreu limpeza nos banheiros, as roupas de camas e toalhas possuíam manchas, o ar condicionado faz um barulho insuportável, o estacionamento incluso na acomodação precisou ser solicitado como um favor.

Gostei do lugar. Aconchegante, limpo e o proprietário foi super simpático, educado. Quarto agradável, limpo, ar condicionado.
Perto da praia, padaria. Rua calma e tranquila.
