They were polite, apologizing, but I am sure they got another guests for longer time and they made us cancel our booking
Pros:

We booked for 2 nights, but they wrote me a day before to cancel my booking. That the room is not not available for 2 nights, even though they confirmed before.

Cons:

You enter through the store, not the real hotel. It is hard to communicate with them…level of english…hard to explain! Using translation app…

Pros:

Autumn inn is a great place to stay. The location is perfect, with one entrance opening onto the old street, and the other to a quiet part of the river. The rooms were large and clean and we had a lovely mountain view. The staff were helpful and really responsive. Highly recommend. Xingping is a special place!

Estilo industrial en la calle principal de Xingping
Pros:

Ubicado en plena calle principal. Las vistas no están nada mal, ves alguna montaña pero hay un par de hoteles enfrente. El estilo industrial está bastante bien. La ducha está separada del retrete. El personal del hotel te facilita la estancia, nos hicieron la colada y nos dieron agua de más. Cualquier duda nos ayudaron.

Cons:

La bañera es muy pequeña pero para remojarse con vistas es agradable. Las instalaciones podrían mejorarse un poco y el acceso se hace por un local de alquiler de ropa tradicional.

No es lo que esperàvem.
Pros:

L’ubicacio, es l’únic resenyable.

Cons:

Falta neteja, no hi ha recepció, vam triar aquest allotjament pels bons comentaris i res a veure amb la realitat. Deduïm que hi ha hagut un canvi de propietaris, s’ha d’entrar per una botiga. Bona ubicació.

The inn felt old and tired rather than the cosy quaint style we had expected.
Pros:

Good location although took us a little while to find it.

Cons:

The room didn’t look as described. There has been a big hotel built so the view is different to the pictures. It was generally quite damp and not very clean. The bed felt damp and there was just one pillow each. Appreciate that there was very heavy rain outside but the room needed a dehumidifier. The bath in the corner of the room was too small in reality and the water pressure was very slow so it would have taken a long time to fill up. The room also wasn’t ready when we arrived for check in, but they did keep our bags so that we could have a look around town.

Idealna lokalizacja i czysty, piękny pokój
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja w starym mieście Xingping. Blisko sklepy, restauracje, wszystkie atrakcje w zasięgu pieszym. Lepszej miejscówki nie można sobie wymarzyć. Wystrój pokoju przepiękny, jak na zdjęciach. Wyposażenie powyżej oczekiwań.

Cons:

Jedyne co można uznać za minus to wejście do pokojów przez sklep. Miejsce może być trudne do odnalezienia i napewno nie podjedzie się pod nie samochodem, jednak dostęp od głównej drogi jest łatwy i szybki. W naszym pokoju wyczuwalna była nieszczelność okien co może powodować chłód w pokoju.

Tranquil, comfortable space with beautiful views
Pros:

Stylish, very calm space and a little setback from the bustle of the town so nice and quiet. Staff were very kind and helpful. The view everyday is stunning.

Cons:

It was a little hard to find based on maps but the hotel staff came to our rescue so reach out if you get lost!
