I enjoyed my stay at this property a lot. It was well-equipped, spacious and very clean. The location is a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of on-street parking just outside the property, with a nice garden around the back to relax. Checking-in to the property was seamless, with clear instructions sent via message shortly after I booked the property. Response rate from the host was very good, answering any questions that I had. There were also plenty of takeaways and shops close by.
There was nothing that I didn't like, everything was excellent.

I prefer 100% cotton bedding. The shower was beginning to get blocked, but all matters raised were attended to at speed.

The location is in the middle of a bronx
It was quiet except for the traffic, I think I was alone in the entire house. The bathroom was nice, the shower cabin large with temperature control faucets. All the information for checking in, wifi, house rules were very clear and organized.
The bathroom is outside the room, right next to it. Not a huge issue, but I must have missed it in the description of the property. There was a damp/mould smell in the house, I kept the smaller windows open almost all day and it was mostly gone from the room and bathroom, but still there in the hallway. The stairs for reaching the upper floor are a little steep and narrow, also not an issue for me, but it might be for an older person.
I didn’t use the kitchen, just checked if there is a coffee machine, and there isn’t.

I liked the cleanliness and quietness of the place. I was proud of the the staff I spoke to, he was very helpful and proffessional. It was an amazing experience indeed.
I was a bit cold outside as I took a bit of time to look for the keys.
Getting out of it.
Described as deluxe and was worse than basic. Expensive for what it provided. Was not sent instructions on how to access accommodation and room number etc. No one home except another longtime guest who help us. Had to ring offsite owner to find information. Was sent a long long list of regulations and fines! After we had signed up and i think after we arrived. No crockery, cutlery, coffee etc provided. No soap in bathroom. Small towels. Toilet was not ensuite but over the hallway, out the locked bedroom door — very difficult for me at night. Bathroom had all the cleaning gear in it. Very disappointing accommodation especially after Hedgefields the previous day and night. I would never recommend it. No friendly vibes except from other guest.
The owner contacted me prior to my stay here and said that there had been an issue and the property wasn’t available, but that he had an alternative property just minutes away.
The alternative property was absolutely incredible! An absolute gem and I now that I’m home I miss it! It was beautiful, catered to every possible need, great location too!
I would have no hesitation staying at any of these properties in the future, very happy indeed!

Private bathroom and clean place. The host accommodated me by provided a table fan and an extra pillow as was requested.
There is nothing in the kitchen not even oil or salt or a scissor. The shower water is very lukewarm. There is no shower gel or a soap provided. The first night, I got bitten by a bed bug. There is an annoying motion sensitive corridor light which lights on everytime you step out and it disturbs everyone on the floor. The room doors are also very noisy. The area is not that exciting but his still safe. Lot of things can be done to make the place more liveable and exciting.
