Küchenausstattung war nicht gut. Töpfe waren klebrig und abgenutzt. Küche war nur oberflächlich sauber. Türen haben nicht richtig funktioniert. Die Glastür ins Treppenhaus trotz Vorhang war nicht ideal. Klimaanlage hat direkt aufs Bett geblasen. Man konnte es nicht niedriger stellen nur höher. Das Bett konnte man auch nicht umstellen, da es verkabelt war mit Lichtschaltern. Viele kleine Lampen im Zimmer was es gemütlicher gemacht hätte wenn die Glühbirnen noch in Takt gewesen wären. Wir hatten 7 Nächte gebucht, zum Glück könnten wir nach zwei Tagen auschecken. Auch haben wir Blick in den Garten im Erdgeschoss gebucht und Blick auf die Straße bekommen im zweiten Stock. In diesem Quartier wird überall gebaut, vorne hinten rechts und links. Ganz schlimm...

Everything was ok.

Unfortunately the place seems to have seen better days. Moisture management is a real issue. Something is dripping everywhere and that's where the musty smell comes from. The shower in the toilet was likely fitted in later which means you now shower onto the toilet. Warm water takes some 4 minutes to come and the water pressure is really low. We ended ip using the tub in the bedroom instead. Cleanliness was also an issue. A lot of surfaces were dirty, some of the windows could really use some cleaning, the tabs hadn't be cleaned in a while and were spotty, and finally two big roaches rounded if off. The floors and bed were clean though.
I really hope they can bring the place back into shape. It must have been amazing when it was new. More thorough cleaning would already help a lot.

We checked into this "Hotel" (if you can call it that) late at night.
Immediately from the advantages, I want to note the understanding of the owners of the settlement, we just contacted them on Whatsapp, found out all the information on self-settlement and it ended successfully!
Now about the cons, no matter how wonderful the hosts are!I'm sorry, but there are a lot of them, and I can't help but mention it...
the house is dark, it's like a dragon's cave...It's cold and not cozy.
The old smell, the insanely small elevator!!!It is so small that it cannot accommodate two people, (normal configuration), with two suitcases!!!
We had to call the elevator one at a time and go up.
We were also greeted by double-leaf doors, in the shape of an arch, with latches at the bottom, which need to be opened to simply enter!
This door is shaking and apparently ready to fly off and crumble when you press your fingers...
The shower is located so close to the bedside faucet (door) that it fills the sink!
Very slippery floor, rubber slippers do not save the situation!
After a shower, in bed...We were attacked by ants!A flock of ants!Allergic burning and itchy bites are guaranteed!The room is teeming with these small ants, and maybe even fleas, they are very small!

The shock pump is constantly working, it interrupts sleep, there are always some extraneous sounds!For two nights of arrival, water was drained from overflowing tanks, the windows of which we had overlooked...It was very loud, the windows had to be closed, and the air conditioner itself seemed to be there, but in fact it blew terribly and there was an unpleasant, old smell coming from it.
During their stay, no one came to us or asked.We lived on our own in this dark room and even the fish at the entrance did not give us joy...Everything was boring and boring, and I wanted to get out of this place as soon as possible.The mood was leaving us, and so were our strength...

Minor things. The water pressure in the bathroom was weak, and there was a musky smell when we entered the apartment but after leaving the balcony door open the whole day it was all gone.

The room I was in(B2) is not a good room to stay more than one night, you can’t really cook there, there is a bit moist on the sealing, not enough light
