Super établissement
Pros:

Super établissement non loin du centre, à l’écart et au calme.
Sammy est très accueillant, nous a réservé un taxi pour l’aéroport et donner un contact pour louer un scooter.
Les chambres sont spacieuses.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was good and freshly prepared.
Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Our experience at this property was highly disappointing, largely due to unacceptable hygiene and maintenance standards. The bathroom was in terrible condition, there was a persistent, foul odor, and the toilet seat was broken and unattached, falling against my back when used.

Housekeeping is practically non-existent unless specifically requested after maybe 3-4 days. This creates a major sanitary issue because used toilet paper must be thrown into an unlined trash bin, which quickly attracts insects and it smells bad too.

Additionally, the bathroom layout is incredibly cramped. The shower is right next to the toilet, causing the entire space to flood. With poor ventilation and no mop provided, the floor stays wet for at least half the day. We felt so uncomfortable and disgusted by these conditions that we chose to cut our trip short and leave earlier than planned. I cannot recommend staying here..

Vse je bilo v redu, prijazno osebje, zajtrk, lahko smo najeli scooter v namestitvi.

Cons:

Edina stvar, ki nam ni bila všeč, je bila, da se zajtrk začne šele ob 8h.

Schönes cottage in wenig touristischem Ort
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal und sehr schöne Zimmer. Die Lage ist an sich gut, man muss sich allerdings entweder einen Roller leihen oder gojek/Grab nutzen um in den Ort zu gelangen. Wir waren auch in Mataram, was mit dem Auto in 25min von dort zu erreichen ist

Etwas außerhalb. Mit einem Roller (sie vermieten auch welche) aber kein Problem

was man (für diesen Preis) verbessern könnte, wäre das Angebot von Getränken.
Stand heute bekommt man nur Wasser, alles andere muss man sich selbst besorgen.

Room for improvement
Pros:

The convenience of the location in relation to beaches, shops, restaurants is really good. The staff were also lovely and very helpful. There was also an adorable cat cuddling us every morning at breakfast. The breakfast was good, considering the price of the stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay wasn't as we expected. A lot of the reviews mention only good things, so we really expected the accommodation to be exceptional (for the price we pay).

Our room wasn't clean, the toilet smelled really bad and looked like it was maybe just wiped down but it was definitely not cleaned inside for a while. The shower was also really inconvenient - low pressure, spraying very wide and making everything in the bathroom (including the toilet) wet. There were hairs stuck to furniture and our towels smelled like sweat and were very rough on the skin - clearly extremely old. The bed was also very hard, I woke up with shoulder pain every day. And that wake-up was usually at 5 am because there is a mosque very nearby and the speakers are extremely loud. Nothing the property can do about the last one but good for people to know.

I have nothing bad to say about the hosts, they're lovely people. I just believe travellers considering this property should know what they're booking, so their expectations are more realistic than ours.

Wunderschöne, empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
Pros:

Sehr schönes Homestay in einer ruhigen kleinen Seitenstrasse. Geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer mit guten Ablagemöglichkeiten, super Terrasse. Gute Frühstücksauswahl. Roller kann man direkt in der Unterkunft mieten. Uns hat es super gefallen.
