Je ne suis vraiment pas contente. 2 nuits réservées. 1ère nuit très bien
2e nuit, une panne d'électricité et groupe électrogène qui ne fonctionnaient pas.
Un transfert dans un autre de leur établissement
A la fin du séjour, j'ai payé les 2 nuits en cash comme demandé
Par la suite, Villa Marinaa a annulé sur Booking ma 2e nuit dans leur ets et me réclame le paiement de la nuit
La 1ère nuit à Villa Marinaa très bien, chambre spacieuse et confortable.
2e nuit ailleurs : transfert dans un autre de leur établissement car problème d'électricité et de groupe électrogène. Et lensuite l'établissement a annulé lui-même ma réservation de la 2e nuit a Villa Marinaa alors que j'étais dans un autre de leurs établissement pas référencésur Booking. Ils m'ont demandé de payer en cash les 2 nuits. Ce que j'ai fait et à présent, ils me demandent de payer encore la 2e nuit que je n'aurais soitdisantpas honorée.
Mauvaise gestion des réservations.

Villa marinaa is nice place to stay in pondicherry. Staff are very friendly. Food is so good and home style. Safety Car parking are available. Over all we enjoyed everything 🥰

Good location
Staff not getting on the way as he pretending asleep. The Room cleanliness may be improved. Bedsheets cleaning not up to mark. Parking big cars may be difficult.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good location near bus station and a longish but very doable walk to the beach and French Colony. Comfortable room and bed. Lovely period property.
