The location was a bit difficult to find

The coffee maker didn’t work very well!

The toilet, sink, and the floors were not very clean. Towels were also stained.

⚠️ Cons

Lack of clear instructions (WiFi, trash, appliances)

No kettle; mugs not microwave-safe (I don't drink coffee only tea, for which I need water that has been boiled, not microwaved)

Freezer not fully cleared

Awkward bedroom layout and limited lighting

Not truly soundproof as advertised

Signs of wear and tear

Listing photos unclear between two units

The downside were the thin walls… could hear our neighbors talking VERY loudly. The paint on the ceiling was peeling in spots which is truly just aesthetics but was noticeable. The shower was teeny, we kept bumping our elbows on the handle and walls :( ..overall cleanliness was OK, however I did find trash from other people’s stays when cleaning before we checked out. Not terrible though.

A PESAR DE NO HABER HECHO USO DEL LUGAR PORQUE EL LUGAR NO ERA COMO INDICABA.

kind of dirty around outside, bathroom, including shower was to small for us.

The kitchen utensils were all dirty when I arrived, the refrigerator doors don't close, and the owner constantly bothers to let other people use the washer and dryer, even though I paid for the whole place. The owner kept me waiting for almost three hours to hand over the place on the day of my arrival, and the area is quite run-down. But the worst part was that she kept the deposit money via Zelle that she asked for outside of Booking.

I repeat, the owner asked for a deposit outside of Booking and did not return it. Basically, they stole my money.

Il a fallu payer un supplément (50$) pour bénéficier d’une connexion Internet plus fluide, qui restait malgré tout moyenne.
Avant notre arrivée, Saudia a demandé une caution de 200 $, mais a finalement renoncé à cette demande lors de notre arrivée.
L’hébergement ne correspondait pas à la description ni aux photos. Nous étions trois personnes mais il n’y avait qu’un seul lit double. Un matelas gonflable a finalement été ajouté.
Saudia nous avait promis un changement d’appartement, mais a finalement changé d’avis.
L’équipement de la cuisine était très insuffisant : aucun couvert, seulement deux tasses (dont une cassée), pas de poêle ni de casserole. Le détecteur de fumée était absent. Le réfrigérateur contenait un gros bloc de glace avec des restes de salade, et le micro-ondes était sale, avec encore des restes de nouilles. Pas de lave-vaisselle, et pour utiliser le lave-linge, nous avons dû demander l’accès à un autre appartement.
Enfin, il y avait beaucoup de mouches à cause des poubelles entassées dans la rue (ce n’est pas la faute de la propriétaire), mais elles sont restées pendant les deux semaines, malgré la promesse qu’un nettoyage serait fait dès le deuxième jour.
