The only positive thing is that hostel is situated not very far from airport (approximately 3.5 km.) This is all.
The hostel is situated in very noisy place. One side border with school and the other one with road with huge quantity of motorbikes, cars and trucks. All together cause of constant loud noise!
Instead of dormitary I was placed in a some room without door (only curtains) near bar. Bar is not working now. I guess it were tables for customers of this bar inside this room before. The room open for wind and I caught cold.
To my regret I can not recommend this hostel.
First it’s not a dorm, it was two separate beds, only sépared from the common Areas by a curtain ?? Then, the phone rang EVERY HOUR in the night, seriously ? Every hour ! Impossible to sleep, the wifi is not working…. I wont ask for a refund but I would be glad to do so, 4€ in Nepal for that ??

I had a short stay at Sudha's Garden Home and was really impressed. The place was very clean, affordable, and I felt like I got more than I expected. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the location is perfect, just a short walk from Boudhanath Stupa. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and budget-friendly stay in Kathmandu!

Most welcoming staff ever
The accommodation is close to Boudha stupa and many monasteries.
The bedsheets were ripped and the blanket was smelly and without a cover. The walls in the room were dirty with I don’t know what. The toilet was gross.

The previous guests were staying longer in the room we had booked (twin beds, balcony). Instead we were supposed to stay in a windowless converted kitchen with a small double bed. For a bigger room the owner at first wanted more money. After some discussion and showing of booking confirmation we got it for the same price eventually but had to insist on getting change of money and receipt. Hotel is run-down and cramped, there are no garbage bins, the bed sheets had holes.
