Pros:

Zu allererst muss man hervorheben, dass Habiba eine extrem zuvorkommende, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin war.

Das Haus liegt in einer Gated Community, was wirklich gut ist, weil man sich sehr sicher fühlt.
Der Standort des Riads auf Google ist falsch! Hier beim suchen unbedingt auf die Adresse bei Booking o.ä. achten.

Das Riad hat mehrere Zimmer und eine schöne Terrasse. Der Flur und allgemein das Riad ist sehr schön gestaltet.

Cons:

Nun leider zum negativen:
Wir hatten das Dachzimmer, welches an sich schön wäre aufgrund der Lage und da es ein privates Bad hat (die anderen Zimmer teilen sich eins).

Jedoch ist das Zimmer mehr als nur Renovationsbedürftig. In diesem Zustand kann man unserer Meinung nach ein Zimmer nicht vermieten.
Schon nach kurzer Zeit im Zimmer fiel ein unguter Geruch auf, welchen wir zuerst auf nicht gelüftet geschoben haben. Als er durchs Lüften nicht weg ging sind wir auf die Suche gegangen und haben leider einige Entdeckungen gemacht.
Über dem Bett befand sich ein Bild und Vorhänge, beides hat stark muffig gerochen. Als wir genauer hingesehen haben, fiel uns auf das die Wand hinter den Vorgängen stark verschimmelt war. Ebenso kam an vielen Stellen der Putz von der Decke und der Wand. Das Zimmer hat vermutlich einen Feuchtigkeitseinbruch erlitten.

Als wir das festgestellt haben sind wir spontan in ein anderes Riad gezogen, was um diese späte Uhrzeit leider sehr schwierig war. Dieses Erlebnis ist uns für die Zukunft eine Lehre.

Wir sind uns sicher, dass die Gastgeberin das nicht böse gemeint hat, sie hat das Problem für uns am nächsten Morgen durch eine Stornierung unseres Zimmers und eine Rückzahlung zufriedenstellend lösen können und uns auch angeboten für die nächste Nacht ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen.

Wir haben uns allerdings dagegen entschieden.

Wir glauben, dass die anderen Zimmer gut sein können und hoffen, dass das Dachzimmer in Zukunft erst wieder vermietet wird, wenn es renoviert und das akute Schimmelproblem beseitigt wurde.

Conforto e Amabilidade
Pros:

A host Habiba recebeu-nos muito bem em sua casa, super amorosa e preocupada com o nosso bem estar, para além disso recomendo MUITO o seu pequeno almoço típico marroquino, só com produtos caseiros, delicioso. O Riad é muito confortável, cama e casa de banhos limpas, cuidadas e bem decoradas. A casa encontra-se dentro de um condomínio fechado, com segurança 24 horas e cancela, sendo que nos sentimos sempre seguros. Sendo um condomínio é como se fosse uma pequena vila com tudo lá dentro: uma mesquita lindíssima para tirar fotos, jardim, piscina, restaurantes, cafés, mini mercados e para farmácia. A viagem até ao centro da medina é relativamente rápida a pé, cerca 20/25 minutos, fizemos tudo a pé durante os 6 dias e fez-se tudo muito bem.
No geral adorámos a estadia e espero poder voltar no futuro!

Cons:

Sobre o alojamento, só gostaria de ter ficado num quarto com janela, a wc tinha mas no quarto falta luz natural.

Pros:

Nous avons adoré le petit déjeuner maison de Habiba. Nous avons eu l'impression d'avoir été accueilli par une maman pleine de bonnes attentions. Habiba etait la pour nous aider dans nos choix de visites et d'excursions. Son Riad est magnifique, petit plus pour la terrasse qui est très agréable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Gezellig lokaal zwembad deze hoort niet bij de accommodatie, je krijgt wel gratis toegang.

Habiba, la propriétaire de l'endroit vous accueille de façon admirable. Elle répondra à toutes vos questions et elle vous fait sentir chez vous. Prenez le petit déjeuner avec elle un matin. Vous vivrez un moment privilégier pour entrer dans la culture marocaine. Très jolie appartement dans un quartier sécuritaire avec services (dépanneur, resto, café) La vue de la terrasse est formidable. À 20 minutes à pieds de la place centrale.

Ich kann das Riad uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Habiba ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück kann ich auch empfehlen sehr lecker!

Riad familiar y acogedor
Pros:

Habiba nos acogió en su Riad con mucho gusto. La Residencia es segura, tiene varios comercios alrededor (restaurantes, supermercados, ATM…) Ir a pie hasta el centro de la Medina, es seguro de día. En la noche siempre privilegiamos taxi.

Wonderful stay in a lovely room with a fantastic host!
Pros:

Beautiful terrace to relax, access to a pool to cool down, the entire complex was peaceful and beautiful. It’s a short walk into the Medina, but quiet and peaceful. Habiba was so welcoming and friendly, she gave us loads of useful information, and she took the time to let us practice our French with her in a low-pressure way, which helped when chatting to people around the city. Her breakfast was also amazing! We sampled a few and hers was definitely the best.
