Pros:

Unkomplizierter Zugang über elektronisches Türschloss. Der PIN-Code wurde rechtzeitig per email und SMS bereitgestellt. Sehr ordentlich und sauber. Bad und Küche waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Straßenbahn ist vor der Haustüre und die U-Bahn in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss zur Hauptverkehrsstraße, wo Autos und Straßenbahn fahren. Das stört die Nachtruhe.
Das Bett hat am Fußende einen Rand, weswegen lange Personen sich nicht voll ausstrecken können. Die Bettdecke sowie eine Zusatzdecke waren sehr dünn.

aufgrund der fehlenden lärmdämmenden Fenster würde ich diese Bleibe nicht noch einmal buchen.
Pros:

Bad & Wohnbereich sauber und hell, Ausstattung modern, kostenloses Mineralwasser. U-Bahn zu Messe & HBF gut erreichbar. Kommunikation und Hilfe bei Problem, die Tür zum Apartment zu entriegeln super !

Cons:

mir persönlich war das Apartment zur Straße hin viel zu laut, aufgrund der Lage direkt an einer Hauptstraße mit Straßenbahn. Und das ohne schalldichte Fenster.

auch wenn alles andere positiv war, die beiden kurzen Nächte aufgrund des Straßenlärms bis spät in die Nacht und dann wieder früh morgens zunehmend, haben dafür gesorgt, dass ich morgens wie "gerädert" aufgewacht bin und den Messebesuch abgekürzt habe.

Alles spitzenmäßig.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr freundlich ausgestattet. Man wurde durch lkleine Präsente willkommen geheißen. Ablauf vor Ort und im Vorfeld ohne Probleme.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. dokładne instrukcje zameldowania. Pokój czysty , niewielki , ale wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy.10 minut na piechotkę do stacji metra. Cisza i spokój mimo przystanku tramwajowego

Mogą być kłopoty z parkingiem przy samym miejscu zakwaterowania , ale już przecznica dalej ok.
