Pros:

Easy assess to subway/shopping malls. Place quiet & comfortable

Cons:

Discruption from the owner, came in & out without out knowledge & make lot of noises. Especially came late at nite, very discruptive. Also since coffee/tea provided but not enough during our stay. Landlord instructing us rather than telling us, probably not good in communication.

Cons:

駅から600メートルの近場だけど民宿の看板が分かりにくい。隣の工場ばかりが目立ち、何度か通り過ぎました。
受け付かの人が居なくてどの部屋に泊まれば良いのかも表示されて無かった。

離立川站走路大概十分鐘，很方便，價格優惠。
老闆很健談，熱情。

Cons:

因為隔音不好，很受其他訪客影響，此外不知道為什麼，我們住宿期間晚上都有救護車聲音，睡眠偏執不好。

樓梯對寶寶來說有點太陡，很危險，但一般大人都沒問題。

Cons:

・歯磨き粉の共有はあり得ない。ここから感染症が広がります。
・シーツは客毎に交換しているとは思えない
・寝間着の用意無しこと掲示して欲しい
・救急車のサイレンで何回もなって眠れなかった
・1階のトイレの鍵が閉まらない
・3階の部屋の鍵も開けにくい？閉まりにくい？と鍵のトラブルチェックを利用者が言っていた

The property is located at a very convenient place. Close by to the Tachikawa train station and there is a 7/11 at close proximity too.

Cons:

The staircase could be inconvenient to carry luggages and for old people. If traveling with a family, need to keep in mind that it will be a shared showering area and a toilet with other guests. I would say, its great for people traveling solo or with another person for a short stay. Washing machine cannot be used, as it would disturb others/neighbours.
