Pros:

オーナーさんがとても親切。到着前に部屋の暖房をつけて暖かくしておいてくれた。お値段も良心的。
アメニティも揃っており、お風呂が広々していて良かった。

Cons:

一軒家というのもあり、冬の利用はかなり寒かった。テレビがつかなかった。

Pros:

トイレが各階にあって、重なることはありませんでした。
タオル、歯ブラシ🪥は毎日新しいものを準備していただきました。

Cons:

共用のリビング、台所はエアコンが常時ついているわけではなく、帰宅時、すごく寒かったこと。
お部屋も滞在時はエアコンを使えますが、出かけている時はオフにすることになっていて、帰宅しても部屋があたたまるまで時間がかかりました。
お風呂脱衣場は、混雑するとなかなか使えなかったです。

宿泊費(17泊分)支払いも、当日現金前払いと急に言われて、寒い夜中にコンビニに行き、高い手数料を支払い、銀行から出して支払いました。
こちらも確認すれば良かったのですが、先に教えていただけたらと思いました。

部屋が広い。ベットも大きい。お風呂も広い！
Pros:

とにかく安い。子供6人大人3人で3部屋借りました。それでこの値段は安い。場所もコンビニ近いし、駅からは徒歩圏内。
風呂が広くて寝泊まりだけ目的ならいいです。

部屋で飲食禁止。
テレビはリビングだけ。
冷蔵庫の中には賞味期限がかなり前に切れた物が入ってた。
エアコンは常に消せと。
この暑い中、到着した時リビングも部屋も暑くてヤバかった。
エアコンはつけっぱなしの方が節電ですよ。つけたり消したりの方が電気代かかります。あとWiFiは全然はいりません。

とても清潔で、お部屋も広く快適でした。オーナーさんも、とても気さくな方で、全体的にほっとできる空間でした。

良くないわけではありませんが、ドライヤーがお部屋にあるとありがたかったかな、という点と、洗面台がお風呂場以外にもあったら、なお使いやすかったかな、といった程度です。

Really pleasant and cosy. Wish I could have stayed longer!
Pros:

Really cosy lodging! I was surprised at the quality of the rooms - they’re really big with locks for privacy! I always felt at ease. It reminded me of houses I’ve stayed in growing up in Europe.
There is a washing machine at the accommodation, near the super spacious shower room, just not a dryer. There’s a shared kitchen, and dining table and sofa in the living room. The host was really supportive and lively and gave me a tour of the area, including the local automated coin laundry place just down the road which has dryers too.
The location is great for accessing the local 7-eleven, and the station is a short walk down a few blocks.

Cons:

I spoke in Japanese with the host, with a little translate app use, as they don’t speak English. I enjoyed the chance to speak Japanese, but bear this in mind.
Was a little hard to find the location, but I’ve submitted the location to my maps app and it’s now public so you should have an easier time. 👍
